Enjoy a stylish and central home! Beautiful apartment refurbished in 2025. Pasteur metro station, 5-min walk to Gare Montparnasse. On the 2nd floor, elevator, 50 m2, large living room, soft sofa, bedroom on courtyard, quiet, bathroom, separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen from coffee machine to dishwasher. You have the entire place to yourself that I had the pleasure of decorating! Close to cafes, restaurants, gardens in a secure area, not far from the Eiffel Tower!

Important : The apartment is located on the 7th floor without elevator access. The reward is inside:) Elegant and industrial style, our apartment is nestled at the top of a building with typical Parisian architecture, Haussmann, opposite the Eiffel Tower. Inhabited part of the week by its owners, it is not an aparthotel as we often find: there is life, a soul, clothes in the cabinets and enough to cook a good little dish when you arrive:)
