Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

We had a great stay, a couple with our 5-month-old baby. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and even nicer than in the photos. Sissy provided a comfortable baby crib, and communication with her was easy and pleasant. The location is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach and the lovely town of Siviri just a short walk away. There’s also a big supermarket a few minutes’ drive away, and parking was always easy. The view from the balcony is stunning. It’s about 50 easy steps down to the sea, or a slightly steep but doable path if you have a stroller. Sissy gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and helpful local tips. The balcony is next to another house, but the neighbors were quiet and it didn’t bother us. In the afternoons the sun can warm up the apartment, but there are ceiling fans in every room, and a new A/C is being installed. We felt at home and would love to come back!

Prachtige locatie met een bijna prive-strand zodra je de afdaling trotseert Het water kleurt hier net zo als wij alleen nog maar in ‘the Caribbean’ hebben gevonden Appartement is ruim, erg schoon en alles is aanwezig Toilet is aan de kleine kant Host is extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam, als er iets was kwam er snel reactie en een oplossing Appartement ligt aan best drukke doorgaande weg, maar Afytos is aan te lopen Bovendien rijden er taxi’s af en aan ;-) Dit is misschien wel het mooiste plekje op Kassandra

Балконы заслуживают 5 звезд . Местность очень тихая, красивый пляж и в сентябре был практически безлюден. Nikos спасибо, что приняли нас в своем доме!

Z eno besedo PERFEKCIJA. Še lepše in boljše, kot smo pričakovali. Lokacija je TOP. Čez dan dosti sence. Vstop v vodo čisto super, voda božanska. Zvečer na prečudoviti terasi slišiš samo šumenje valov, ki dobesedno padajo v hišo in prav slišiš tudi kamenčke, kako drug z drugim izmenjujejo svoja mesta. Mir, tišina, stran od vrveža ter vseeno blizu trgovin z živili, gostiln in lokalov. Domačini izredno prijazni. Skratka z eno besedo RAJ. Razgleda s terase na egejsko morje se nismo mogli zadosti nagledati. Odpočili smo si telo in dušo. Naredili smo dolgo pot, ampak se je izplačalo. Vsekakor bomo še prišli....

Мястото на Елени е страхотно, в непосредствена близост до морето и до най-добрата таверна на острова. Всичко наоколо е на минути пешеходно разстояние - ресторанти, магазини и атракции. Островът притежава красиви пясъчни плажове с кристално чиста вода. Домакинът препоръча много места за посещение и хранене, от които бяхме впечатлени. Заслужава си да посетите остров Амулияни и да отседнете при Елени - ще се почувствате като у дома си.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

A wonderful place for a comfortable and relaxing vacation! The hotel is new, very cozy, and well-maintained — everything looks modern and tastefully designed. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. The swimming pool was especially impressive — clean, and surrounded by a comfortable lounging area. A perfect place to relax during the day. The rooms are spacious and bright, and housekeeping is regular and of high quality. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Our stay left only the best impressions. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Wir haben eine Woche in Kalandra verbracht. Die Villa ist ein Traum, tolle Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Emmanuel und Alekos waren immer erreichbar und haben sich um alles gekümmert sowie super Empfehlungen und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt wir kommen gerne wieder.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war sehr schön, die Umgebung ist ruhig & sehr schön. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer. Alle Haushaltsgeräte haben gut funktioniert, es war alles da was man brauchte. Leider darf man den schönen Kohle Grill draußen nicht mehr benutzen, da Feuergefahr besteht. Stelios hat uns aber sofort am nächsten Tag einen neuen Elektro Grill organisiert & aufgebaut. Der Pool war sauber & wurde unerwartet nochmal gereinigt während wir da waren.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Nasz pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie cudowny! Było czysto, przytulnie i komfortowo. Gospodarze byli przemili, bardzo pomocni i dbali o każdy szczegół. Jedzenie w restauracji było wyśmienite - świeże, smaczne i wspaniale podane. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten apartament wszystkim, którzy szukają spokojnego i przyjemnego miejsca na wypoczynek. Wrócimy tam z przyjemnością!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Ο χώρος ήταν άψογος, όπως στις φωτογραφίες, εξοπλισμένος με όλα τα απαραίτητα, καθαρός και φωτεινός. Η παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών με τα πόδια όπως και οτιδήποτε άλλο χρειαστείς. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά διακριτικός και φρόντισε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη είχαμε, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Не ошибусь если скажу что это одно из лучших локаций в городе. с одной стороны очень близко к центру, но с другой очень тихо. Дом расположен внизу, соответственно не нужно постоянно ходить вверх и вниз. Очень рядом пляж, супермаркет, рестораны. Отдельного внимания заслуживают вид с балкона и жувущий рядом павлин :) Хозяин очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Очень рекомендую!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

beautiful apartment in the center of Sarti, very convenient for the town beach, but equally convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. We appreciated the excellent cleanliness, the kindness and availability of Eirini who makes you feel really at home.Even the kitchen area is equipped with everything, very comfortable outdoor balcony. Highly recommended!

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

Чудова квартира з двома балконами з видом на море. Нас було 5 дорослих, проте кварира поміщає 5 дорослих і одну дитину, так як є ще одне дитяче ліжко.Рушники і постілі білі та чисті. Багато вішаків для одягу. Манія люб'язно надала парасольку та стільчики для пляжу на весь період перебування. Все справне та працює. Вай фай дуже хороший. Є праска та дошка для прасування. Фен дуже слабкий і досить старий, тому нам не вдалось висушити ним волосся. Ми додатково купували олій, цукор на кухню. Сіль та перець були. Також купували гель для душу та мило (його не було в помешканні), шампунь та порошок для прання (залишили для наступних відвідувачів). Зверніть увагу, що кондиціонер не включено до вартості бронювання, а також ще один податок ( на 5-х осіб ми заплатили 13,5 євро.). Це ми побачили за кілька днів до приїзду.Але кондиціонером не користувались, так як було досить комфортно.Господиня дуже привітна та доброзичлива. Швидко відовідала та вирішувала всі наші питання. Море та пляж чистий

Great house, it had all we needed for us and our 1 year old, great view. You will need to use the car if you want to go places but it offer a quiet place in order to relax.
