Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

Excellent location, parking spaces are available. Beach , cafes, restaurants within a few minutes walk , while the place is a little away from all the establishments and due to this there is no noise.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

From the moment we made the reservation, our host Dimos was extremely helpful with everything — from check-in to local recommendations and more. He was a wonderful host. When we arrived, his mother also helped us with everything; we truly felt like we were with family. :) We loved the location of the house, and having a private beach was such a pleasure. It’s an ideal place to stay for families with children. We’re sure we’ll come back again with other family members.

This 2-day stay was more than perfect! All information relating to the accessibility of the accommodation, WiFi, parking was given before my arrival! The place was more than clean and had everything you needed to prepare basic meals! The service is of very good quality, the day after my arrival the towels were changed, the coffee replenished! It was perfect! The outside is also great: deckchair, garden table! I would recommned this property Everything is nearby: restaurants, bakery, supermarkets! Once again, thank you for everything!

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. For anyone considering booking, read this: This was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever been! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 11! :) Best value! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived late in the evening around 10pm. Nikoletta was very flexible and waited patiently for us to greet us and show us everything. When we came, there was a nice present on the table for us with greek wine, chocolates, local sweets. The place was even bigger and more beautiful than pictures could show: enough space for 8 people and a toddler. During our stay we didn't miss a thing, literally everything we could ever need was available: beach towels, dishwasher (love it!), shower gel, toys for the kids, a huge dining table for many people, pizza oven AND barbecue, a full on library of German books, even pens and paper was available.. Really beautiful surrounding, close beach, quiet area, nice restaurants. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is just 5-7 minute drive away, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sea without the crowds. The real highlight, though, was the hosts - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located getaway!

Thank you to Dimitris and his parents, Dina and George, for their warm hospitality! From the very first meeting, we felt we were in good hands. Dimitris was always available and offered helpful advice for a relaxing stay. Communication with Dina and George was heartfelt and pleasant. We stayed on the first floor of a charming house and appreciated the complete privacy it offered: a separate entrance, a lovely courtyard, and an incredible summer kitchen where we could cook and enjoy our meals. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although we missed having a kettle, we made do with the electric coffee maker. The house was clean and well-kept. While one of the bedrooms and the shared kitchen area were a bit dark, this was more than made up for by the cozy summer kitchen and the location close to the beach. The biggest advantage for us was the beach—just a short and easy 3-minute walk away. It was wide, long, and pleasantly uncrowded. Strongly recommended !!!

First of all if the host is terrible then it doesn't matter what the house/town looks like. Thankfully this is not the case as Yannis is extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and at the same time non-intrusive. Plus the small handmade gifts make you feel you stayed at a friend. Then is the house which is as described. You have absolutely everything you need to feel like home. Plus is the closed parking place and the own garden with two tables with total 10 chairs! And all this is located in very peaceful and quiet part of a small village with a clean water beach. If I have to be picky the only negatives are the unclean sand (due to lack of many beach bars to clean it I suppose) and limited number of restaurants although even the present ones are still good enough. Overall we are very satisfied with our choice of Yannis house.

We were 3 families with small children and we had a great time. The house is right up the beach so you have a great view of the sea from the terrace. Taverns, bars and supermarket are in walking distance so you really don't even need a car to get by. Great place to spend the hollydays!

We had a great stay in this cosy apartment in Kallithea!

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

George and his family were very friendly and always helpfull. We had a lot of fun. Our doughter played a lot on the playground and had a lot of fun cuddling the dogs. Beautiful beaches are nearby, just 2 -3 Minutes on foot. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I hope to see you soon.

we Loved to stay at Georges place. the flat is nice and streches ober two Levels with 3 balconies with nice Views. the garden is beautiful and you can have Barbecue or relax . We felt very welcomed and would definetly come Back !

Good and cosy flat everything is clean and tidy. It has all necessary things, newly refurbished. A little small but perfect for a couple. The owner was absolutely welcoming and hospitable.
