Nice and secluded! It was a great location to be near the water and away from crowds. The host gave us good recommendations of things to do and we had a great time. The two hour timer on the air conditioners was a little annoying, but we only woke up a couple times to turn them back on.

We had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days in the Kochini Villa in Nea Dimmata – an absolutely comfortable house with stunning sea views, large balconies and spacious open spaces. The villa is well equipped: an excellently furnished kitchen, two separate bedrooms with air conditioning and a modern, stylish bathroom. The entire facility is inviting, functional and designed with a lot of love for detail. We felt like at home from the first moment. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and proximity to the sea and beach – a perfect place to relax. Communication with Evridiki was always warm, professional and straightforward. We had a very nice week here. The accommodation is very quiet, overlooking the sea, between fruit trees. The house is very large and modernly furnished. Everything was totally clean and beautifully prepared. A car is an advantage because you have to drive to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. Everything you need was there. The host was always easily accessible.
