The annexe is decorated to a high standard. it contains a kitchenette and shower room The bed room has a double bed, cable TV and internet, it also has a small table and chairs enough to eat or use as a workspace The annex very near the station about a 2 minute walk. with really good link to London, Stanstead or Cambridge. There are also local High St with small supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. We are also within walking distance of Superstores and a cinema.

Very peaceful only 5 mins from Broxbourne Station and Harlow Station with links to London and Stansted Airport, easy access to M11 & M25. 20 mins Drive to Stansted Airport, 5 mins from local shops, The Fish & Eels pub and Riverside Palace Cafe are 5 mins drive at Dobbs Weir along the river, both highly recommended. Come and enjoy some relaxation and beautiful views.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, families, tradesmen or a city worker. Just a short walk to the train station and only 20 minutes to Tottenham Hale (Victoria line), Cambridge and Stansted Airport. Situated in a cul-de-sac within walking distance to the local amenities.
