This is a great family place to go peaceful and fun not crazy with teenagers close to action if you want to find it

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The staff was incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. My favorite part? The water! The shower had amazing water pressure, and the water was piping hot—just the way I like it. After a long day, it was the perfect way to unwind. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-run place with top-tier hospitality.

This was our first time doing an Airbnb and our first time staying at Navarre……. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to call home for the week. Close enough to the fun, far enough away to be peaceful. Home was spotless and very modern. Check in was super simple and the host answered all of our first timer questions quickly and to the point!!! Hope they have us back! ♥️

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. As soon as you walk in and see outside the big windows, you have an absolutely gorgeous view of the bay. Kenny was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed and was very good at letting us know when people were coming by to clean the pool and pick up the yard. We saw dolphins every morning, caught all kinds of different fish (with fishing poles that were already at the house), walked across the street to the DG for any additional supplies we needed. It was such a good time! We could not have asked for a better family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was family oriented. I cannot say enough good things about this place and host. Perfect!

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. This was a beautiful and very clean home. It was just like the pictures showed. It had games for the kids to play if you had kids. Washer/dryer, stuff for the beach, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stock with everything except coffee. oops, but that was not a problem. It is just a few minutes from tow. We would for sure recommend this house to anyone. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful clean and spacious house. the neighborhood is peaceful and walkable. I was able to walk every morning and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. To get to the Navarre beach it's a 10 min drive. Restaurants and supermarkets are close. We really enjoyed our stay.

We can’t say enough good things about LEISURE AWAITS!! The house was so warm and welcoming! We felt right at home for the entire trip! It was decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities! The master bathroom looked like it belonged in a 5-Star spa! The double shower was amazing! The patio was gorgeous as well! With a nice fire pit and decorative lighting! And lastly, the kids enjoyed the game setup in the garage!! We also used some of the beach stuff like umbrella, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. That was very convenient having that on hand! Such a thoughtful setup! I’m saving this listing because we WILL be staying here again in the future if it’s available!! Thanks again for opening your home to my family! Kayla’s condo is absolute immaculate with stunning views of the ocean. She is a tremendous host and will definitely stay here again the next time we come down. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

Yvette and Larry’s condo is cozy and clean. They made us feel very welcomed. The condo was perfect for our family of four; our girls absolutely loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom was very spacious. Condo had an absolute easy walk to the beach, minutes from restaurants and other activities. My family and I would definitely stay again and I recommend you all to give them a try.

We had a great girls trip here, beach access and tiki bar service on the beach made this so easy and fun!

The airbnb was clean and matched the photos perfectly. The host was extremely responsive and helpful!

Our family enjoyed the stay and accommodations. Everything was there that was needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Proximity to public beach parking was easy or if you wanted to walk that was easy too. Room was quiet with little to no outside noise to disturb you through the night.

Me and my family had a great week in David and Carons condo! They were attentive, gave me and my family a few things to do while we were vacationing. I will definitely get this place again.
