We had the BEST girls’ weekend in Destin, and this Airbnb was a huge part of that. Super cute decor, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is unbeatable—literally a quiet location,Beautiful ocean views,2-minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The beach was right across the street, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

This condo is a very nice place to stay and would stay again ! Everything was in very good shape and clean ! Very convenient to the beach and the pier !

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo is so close to the beach. We used the beach umbrella and chairs that were provided by the host. But for $30 there is a beach service that will set up chairs for you. We stayed here with two kids. We enjoyed the pool and pickle ball courts as well. I booked this condo last minute because our original place cancelled unexpectedly. I was a little disappointed by the view when I arrived because the bay is pretty far away and our original place had a ocean view. On our last night we were surprised by a firework show on the bay. You could not ask for a better view of the fireworks. It was the perfect way to top off our trip. Tip: Walk to the jetty and take a right. Keep walking till you get to the next beach. That is where boats take their guests for snorkeling tours. So many fish and a great place for kids as long as you don't go out too far because it gets deep quickly.

Great location with fabulous views. Close to the pier, which was nice to take a walk. Also, walking paths down the street were nice. Super easy in & out location w/ easy parking, ramps & carts for getting luggage/groceries inside. We loved the ramp over the dunes to the beach & the super nice, beach chair guys. This is a great place to stay with very nice & friendly hosts. They were always extremely quick in responding. We would love to rent from them again.

We had a great girls trip here, beach access and tiki bar service on the beach made this so easy and fun!

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

My husband and I had a great time in Destin and this unit was perfect for what we needed! We loved that the balcony gets shade most of the day so we could sit out there and not be burning up. We loved how many restaurants and activities there were to do around the area. Very communicative and checked in on us when we arrived. Definitely recommend!

Great place! It was exactly what we were expecting thanks to Vic’s descriptions and pictures. Very accommodating host, quickly responded to any questions.

Had a great stay at this Air B&B. Patrick was very responsive. His instructions are very clear for check in, check out and use of the property. The condo was spotless. We really enjoyed the use of the balcony as well. The beach this condo is located on is very strict with their chair policy. You either have to pay for chairs/umbrellas or set up your chair at the water line /behind paid chairs. We had to place our chairs and umbrellas out at 6:30 every morning to get a spot. It gets crowded quickly. Overall, though the condo was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. Parking and beach access are very close. Would recommend if you’re coming to Miramar beach.

Van was very responsive to any questions and sent maintenance asap when needed. Would love to stay here again.

Thank you for renting us your house for the 10th - 18th. We really enjoyed ourselves. We brought our boat and went to Crab Island, Juana’s, McRee Cove to see the Blue Angels and then to the FloraBama. We cooked crab legs and oysters we got from Joe Patti’s and ate outs with the sunset in the background. We really had the best time. Thank you again.

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

Great place to stay very close to the beach. There is everything you’d need and more at this rental. We loved that the beach access didn’t have the crowds that the large towers have—we had our space.

Beyond expectations! This tranquil beach house is nestled in the perfect location for peaceful vacationing while being close to everything you would want to do in the Gulf Shores area. Marty and Ron are fabulous hosts and their property is absolutely beautiful. Already looking forward to planning our next trip!

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.
