Cottage vacation rentals in Navarre Beach

Robert and Kourtney’s place was our family’s home away from home while we were in Destin and just minutes from the Gulf! The property was exactly as described and looked just like the photos online, which is not always the case with Airbnb properties. Some nice touches were sound machines in every room to aid with sleeping and extra blankets as well. We have stayed in dozens of hotels and multiple Airbnb properties and both my wife and I agree, the king bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on! We spent nearly every day at the beach and were pleased to see the storage box on the patio with tons of beach supplies, including a beach wagon, boogie boards, and beach chairs. These little things made our days at the beach that much more enjoyable! Robert was very responsive to all of our messages, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay at this Airbnb again in the future!

Our stay at the Sea Shanty was wonderful! It was perfect for two adults and a kid. We each had our own bathroom, which were well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The in-unit laundry was so nice to have. The kitchen was very well-equipped as well (but we used the host’s lovely recommendation booklet and opted to eat most meals at multiple restaurants instead!). The unit was very clean, and I’m picky about cleanliness! We also really enjoyed the location. The walk to Whale’s Tail beach access was simple (not to mention parking the car in that lot if we were feeling lazy and/or had a lot of beach stuff). The guys also really enjoyed fishing in Lake Stewart. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay again! My one& only suggestion would be for the outdoor furniture to have covers, as we had showers daily and couldn’t use the furniture on the uncovered patio much as a result. But not a big deal- lounging inside was a joy!

Elaine was a very lovely host. We loved the chair service and the house was a good size for 4 adults and 3 young kids. We also loved that there was a grill on the deck.

We loved staying at this cottage on our vacation. We will come back to this specific place in the future. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The cottage was very clean. Small and quaint but just big enough for us 2. Loved sitting out on the patio! I would agree with another comment that the only thing I would add is a full length mirror, but that’s being really nitpicky. Thank you to our hosts!

Lydia was absolutely an amazing host to work with. She met us at the house to go over a few things and recommended places in the area. Anytime I had a question she would respond in a timely manner. The house was well worth the stay and I actually plan to stay again in the future. She had plenty of extra towels and beach towels, toys for the little kids if you have any, plenty of board games for all ages for the entire family to play. I can't express enough about how satisfied my family and I were with Lydia's home and accommodations. The bikes and golf cart really came in handy. I would say she is by far one of the best hosts I've ever had. Thank you so much Lydia for sharing your home with us.

Tiffany’s place was very welcoming & exactly what we were looking for during our short stay! It was close to the beach with clear instructions. Tiffany also sent us helpful recommendations on what to do, eat, and was responsive. Her place was extremely clean and exactly as described and as seen in photos. It is walkable distance to a nice cafe, the beach. There is also a pool right on site. All stores and restaurants are walkable or in driving distance. This home sweet home feel cottage was exactly what we were looking for & couldn’t have had a better host. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for opening your home to us and enjoying this little piece of paradise! Destin also won our hearts!

My husband and I enjoyed our month long stay at Maravilla (March 2025). We had a condo (building 1) last year and chose the cottage this year….more privacy, less noise. We had several guests throughout the month and there was plenty of room/space for all. Beautiful kitchen for cooking our meals. Large table to accommodate our guests. Enjoyed time on the back patio as well. Easy walk to pool, pickleball courts and beach. Beach umbrellas and chairs, which are included, are great. Bernadette was quick to respond if we had any concerns or questions throughout our stay. Thank you Bernadette for renting your cottage to us. We’ll be back because we love this area of Florida.

Our stay at the Castaway Cottage was wonderful!! We really enjoyed the location, the golf cart for getting around with ease, the cleanliness of the home, and the very responsive host with any issues that came up. Will definitely keep "The Castaway" on our list for future stays!! Suggestions: leave more or not limit trashbags (2 very thin kitchen bags) for easier clean up, easier instructions for seahorse fountain lolol. Never could get him to sing! :D Thank you for lending us your lovely home!

Returning to our favorite Airbnb beach cottage was just as magical as our first visit. The cozy interior, the yard feel, and easy access to the beach make it a perfect getaway. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail is just right. We love the serene atmosphere and can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t recommend booking at Lisa’s place more. 10/10. Lisa was so friendly and hospitable. She went above and beyond for our family to ensure we were comfortable and well informed of all the resort amenities and entertainment/ dining around the surrounding area. Lisa was very prompt with n answering my questions and she was very accommodating. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we look forward to booking with Lisa again!

Molly's Place was perfect! It was only half a block to the public access point for the beach, and it was also very walkable to restaurants, including Destin Commons. The house was spotless and clean when we walked in, and every amenity needed was provided. The owner is always very responsive to messages. This was the second time we stayed, and I would highly recommend Molly's Place.

We loved the access to the beach and the Naval Air Museum. Good food in the area especially the Shrimp Basket on Gulf Beach off of Hwy 292 going toward Alabama, excellent fired shrimp. This location is easy to find and really quiet and well maintained.

The house was absolutely beautiful steps away from the Emerald Coast extremely clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Perfect place for an extended stay. Literally everything you could need within a 3-5 min drive. Kids had a blast at pool and the adults took full advantage of the $4 beer and $6 daiquiris at the Purple Parrot bar adjacent to the pool(which also has fantastic live music in the evening). The location is so close to the beach it's easy to go multiple times a day. There are lots of restaurants and beach shops to pass the time... all just a fun drive down road that runs along the beach. It did rain one of the days of our stay and we found tons of games in the living room cabinet to play. The house is very well stocked and has super comfortable beds. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Plenty of extra towels. Everything is very clean and the are appliances are nice. This property really is a fantastic place to stay.

We just loved the condo , it was beautiful furnished and very well decorated, The bathroom was just beautiful Maureen was very quick to answer any questions that we had . She was also a very thoughtful host , it was so nice to find a bottle of wine and fresh flowers when we arrived We will definitely stay again

This is a great quiet place! Loved having the pool and tiki bar near by to grab a quick snack or drink. Very clean and friendly staff. Will be back for sure.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

The house is wonderful! The beds are very nice, kitchen is well stocked with appliances, a nice office area, and the location is close to many things in the city!

This is an excellent place to stay when you are in the pan handle area. Located between Ft Walton Beach & Pensecola offers a variety of options from restaurants to sight seeing. The Navarre Beach is directly over the bridge ( 1 mile away ) . There are also grocery stores from 1 mile away to 3 miles away ( very close by . ) I would recommend Sum Beaches to families who want a relaxing stay by the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. P.S. There is also an area in the back that has chairs , barbecue, bag toss and other things to just relax.

Place was nice and clean and comfortable

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect and super equipped with everything you need for a long weekend at the beach. I loved that beach chairs and beach umbrellas were provided. The best part was the covered patio and nice sized back yard for my dog. She also loved it! The place is super cozy and makes you feel right at home. Will definitely book again if I am in the area!

Beautiful cabin in a great location! Caught lots of fish off the pier and enjoyed walking the shoreline in the backyard. Very peaceful place to stay to get out of the busy town areas. We will definitely come back again! Dick was a wonderful host and we got lucky finding this cabin.

We really enjoyed the location. Close enough to Destin without having to deal with the constant touristy onslaught. It was nice to go enjoy the Destin area and then return to peace and quiet. Super clean and comfortable beds.
