Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

This was our first stay in Navarre and it’s absolutely beautiful! Scott and Jill’s condo was perfect for us and exactly as described and then some. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The little extras made our hearts smile.❤️ The view from the balcony is perfection, the beach is NOT crowded, and great restaurants are close by. We could not have been happier with our stay and will be back to stay in same condo next year. Thanks again for everything and for being amazing hosts!!

Jan's place was the perfect getaway from home. My husband, younger brother, and I had a wonderful time there. On a few days, the red and purple flags kept us from going into the ocean, but that didn’t matter—we had the swimming pool at Jan's place all to ourselves! Wherever we go, I love cooking all our meals, and I was happy to find all the kitchen utensils and cookware I needed. We truly thank Jan for letting us stay at his place.

Rhonda and Doug are great hosts. The condo was furnished with nice appliances and furnishings, including the wonderful washer and dryer, Henckels knife set, coffee maker and nice blender. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were tasteful and practical, we felt right at home, very comfortable. The patio was wonderful as we were able to enjoy the ocean view and the glass railing allowed our toddler to have the same unimpeded view without worrying about his safety. Rhonda and Doug were very responsive to our questions and were wonderful hosts. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and the place a was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time while on Navarre and it was a very family friendly beach. The beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided were nice and for a modest fee we were able to get additional chairs as needed. Overall a great stay and would return again.

Susan was absolutely wonderful! She was very responsive and accommodating. She also was very helpful with any questions I had. The property itself was amazing! You could go out the back door to one beach, or take a short walk and see the beautiful blue water and hunt for sea shells on another. It is so peaceful! Navarre is a very family-friendly place and not as tourist-y as Destin or Pensacola. If that is what you want one day of your stay, either is only a 45-minute drive. Definitely worth every penny!!! Hope to be back some day.

Our stay was wonderful. Getting to the beach was a breeze. The host had everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach. I would for sure book again on my next visit to Navarre!

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Thank you for renting us your house for the 10th - 18th. We really enjoyed ourselves. We brought our boat and went to Crab Island, Juana’s, McRee Cove to see the Blue Angels and then to the FloraBama. We cooked crab legs and oysters we got from Joe Patti’s and ate outs with the sunset in the background. We really had the best time. Thank you again.

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Everything was as described, we had a wonderful stay. The location is hard to beat, and the house had everything we needed for a great week. Beds were comfortable, having beach towels, chairs, fishing poles, a wagon, ect. was a huge plus. The host responded very quickly to any messages, we couldn’t have asked for better responsiveness. The host allowed for early check in, they were very accommodating. All together it was an amazing house to stay in, I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

Home was very clean and well kept. Location is great for hitting the beach or going into town or restaurants. If you want to cook at home, it has everything you need to stay in and cook. Great experience, quiet neighbors/neighborhood, beautiful sunset views of the sound and large deck to watch them! The home was well laid out for a smaller to medium family. Jane was very responsive to our messages and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to the beach and loved that it was dog friendly. The pond in the back was nice and my niece and nephew enjoyed feeding the ducks.

We had a minor issue with door code but we messaged Apryl & she took care of it within minutes. The beds including the daybed & pull out were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well stocked & the knives were actually sharp! This was our first time doing a beach vacation & we loved the location. My kids loved that the fishing pier was so close & we loved that the beach was walkable & quiet - never too crowded. Sunrise/Sunset were gorgeous! Everyone we ran into was very friendly & Apryl was a great host, would definitely recommend staying here.

Kyle was an EXCEPTIONAL Host!!! If you are considering the Navarre/ Destin area, I would encourage you to choose his cozy RV. The Santa Rosa sound views are amazing and you are only steps from the ocean. The RV is fully stocked. Fly in and simply relax. We loved it so much that we made two additional reservations for the near future.

Other than a small hiccup with the timing of the cleaning crew, our stay was exactly what our family wanted. The home (and bedroom configuration) fit our family of 9, that included 3 grandchildren, very well. Great location, easy walk to beach, short drives to groceries, restaurants and activities. Kitchen was well outfitted. Nice to have an ice maker! Bonus chairs and canopies for the beach were fantastic. Appreciated the body wash and shampoo provided in each shower. Shannon was responsive to our questions and concerns. We enjoyed our beach time at Summer Wind!

Beautiful property! Our family enjoyed our time. We come down to Navarre Beach each year and we hope to stay here again in the future. Perfect and Peaceful! We loved this condo. The location by the pier is great. Close to a few restaurants and right on the beach. Having a lovely balcony to look out into the gulf was amazing. The furniture was super comfy, especially the oversized couches! The beds and linens were all comfy and clean. Plenty of towels were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked as well. The pool was convenient and the beach location could not be beat! The house felt really cozy and we felt right at home and restful. I’d definitely stay again!

Perfect beach getaway! The home is beautifully kept, beach-facing, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved enjoying it with our baby — peaceful, comfortable, and just the right vibe for a family vacation. Highly recommend and would definitely return!
