The best Airbnb I have stayed in. Very clean and fully functional property. The view from the lawn is just awesome. It is the perfect getaway from the touristy locations. The staff who lives in the property are very helpful. I fully recommend.

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

Very comfortable and cosy. The host and caretaker were very reliable and they took care of all our requirements. The caretaker even volunteered to make a home cooked meal for us which was great. He even arranged a bonfire for us overseeing the beautiful scenery, overall it was a great experience. The property in itself was very well maintained and was beautiful. All major attractions of Nainital were in walkable distance from the stay location.

Our family of 13 had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for our large group, offering clean and spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated everyone. The location was fantastic, especially being so close to Kainchi Dham, which was a highlight of our trip. We were particularly impressed with the delicious food provided – it was a real treat! Parking was ample, easily fitting our three cars, which was a huge plus. A special thank you to Kailash, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. And to Shubham, the host, for his sweet and welcoming demeanor; he made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this property for large families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely return!

Alok’s place was easy to find and has beautiful views from the deck . If the weather is clear bhimtal can be easily spotted . The weather was extremely pleasant and we spend most of our time in the sit out area on first floor. Caretaker Radhe was helpful and cooked delicious meals . The place also has many decent cafés at walking distance for quick bite and coffee. It was a great stay overall and I will recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy peaceful time in nature .

Sanjay sir and Reema aunty are gracious hosts of this beautiful property..This place at Naukuchiatal provides the best view of the surroundings..Property is better than what is visible in photos ..Hosts are ready to help with everything needed..Aunty gave home baked cake for the children which was Cherry on Cake :)

We were a group of 9, with 4 senior citizens and a 1 year old and I can't be happier that I chose Peeyoli, the Himalayan blossom for our stay near Bhimtal. The location has a beautiful Mountain View and is very close to the Naukuchhiyatal. The approach was a bit tricky but the caretaker met us near the lake and drove with us to guide us to the destination. Brigadier Balwant Singh was available and responded to all my queries before and during the trip and went beyond his way to provide recommendations to ensure we have a memorable experience. He arranged for a cook for us (on additional charges) which was totally worth it considering the varied age groups we were travelling with. The house was well maintained with all amenities as mentioned. The in-house staff was particularly friendly (Hem ji, Shyam ji), offered help with my son's birthday preparations, cooked special meal for dinner and even sent a surprise bday cake which made us all feel special :) Highly Recommended! ♥️

The place is aptly mentioned as the villa you dream about. Everything about the place is perfect - ideal location, lovely decor, luxuriously comfortable, polite and welcoming staff, well-equipped kitchen, delicious food, and the icing on the cake - Extremely helpful and amazing hosts (Sunil ji and Preeta ji) who will make you feel as if you are visiting your very close relatives. My family was all praises about the place and the hosts during the entire stay. Highly recommended!

Best part of the stay is its balcony view and Siddharth's hospitality. Food were prepared fresh and tasty. Decent space and easy to access if you have vehicle. will recommend it.

Must visit place for family as well as if you are looking after the peace. The only problem is that the location marked is incorrect. So call them and take location before going over there.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nainital. The host Ravi was very responsive and made the booking process smooth and hassle-free. Navin, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with all the necessary amenities. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The location is peaceful and scenic, away from the hustle and bustle, yet very easily accessible from the main town and all major tourist spots. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Nainital!

We will cherish our stay at the property. It's a cute apartment, as described by the host, but has all the things that one might require for a comfortable stay. The road leading to the house is beautiful, everytime we hit that road while returning from the tourist stops like Bhimtal, Nainital ( which in most cases are conjested and full of traffic) we felt at peace. We looked forward to returning to the property every time we went out for siteseeing. There's a positive vibe in that place which is hard to describe. The host is wonderful so are the neighbours. Would love to go back and stay their again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Khurpatal and it was an unforgettable experience for me and my parents . This place is perfect for those who want peace and calm. Property is amazing, with every possible amenities. Kitchen was well-equipped. Cozy living space. Lovely outdoor area, with beautiful flowers. View is breathtaking, area is secure, you can walk outside the condo and enjoy the serene landscape. Overall it’s perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hosts were amazing, gave me all the necessary information and were available for any requests. Wifi is not available, however mobile network works fine. Not many restaurants around, however it’s just 20 mins drive to Nainital. It was a memorable stay, would love to return soon. Highly recommended.

we stayed for 2 nights. we were 3 couple and 3 kids. a neat and clean place where you can stay together instead of seperate rooms in a hotel. its like a home like feeling with awesome location and entire view to lake .
