This newly renovated cozy cabin is located in the middle of the forest in the Småland highlands. The cottage is close to hiking trails and lakes and by car close to the unique wooden town Eksjö, the moose park in Skullaryd and skurugata. If you want to go on a day trip, it's an hour to Astrid Lindgren's world. All of the rooms in the cottage are newly renovated with care to preserve the feeling of this soldier cottage from the 18th century. There are 4 beds and a sofa bed. Fishing is available as you have access to a boat about 1.5 km from the cabin.

The garden is a meadow and behind the house begins the forest. In the vicinity of the house, there are two ponds and 700 meters away is a lake. In the lake you can swim and fish. We have a small boat that you can rent per day, SEK 75. You have neighbors but at a proper distance.
