Waterfront vacation rentals in Nantucket

The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful is place is. The ocean is right there, with little seats on the deck to listen to the waves. The apartment is very quaint and cozy, with excellent Cape decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely, highly recommend!

Cozy and beautiful space! The property is so pretty and well kept. I don’t feel the pictures even do it justice! Water view. Everything you could need in this guest house. Debra was great and easy to communicate with! The Wave transportation was closed in madaket during the off season (we came last weekend of September. It was open in other parts of the island) so we took cabs most places, which is pricey. Not many Ubers to be found at this part of island on off season, so cabs were our best bet! Great stay and would love to come back!

Martha and her place was perfect for my needs. Martha was a pleasure to talk to. She was always available and very cool. I'll be back! Thank you Martha

Great place to stay in Cape Cod, it was great location allowing us to get to all parts of the cape and the ferry terminals. The condo was the right size for 2 people and there is nothing better then waking up to be able to walk no more than across the street to get to the beach.

The accommodation was lovely and the location was great. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay , amazing views, close to restaurant and everything . Would stay here again for next time in town .

A little slice of heaven doesn’t describe it enough. So beautiful. Unfortunately, I got sick so we had to leave early, but definitely plan to come back! Can’t wait!

Absolutely amazing stay for a family trip this memorial day weekend! Such a great house, gorgeous decor, sparkling clean, serene view of the lake. The setup is perfect for multiple families- 2 bedrooms and full bath on top floor, two bedrooms and full bath on main floor and master bedroom and bath with comfy living room in basement. We used the grill and that was great too! Definitely will be returning in warmer months when we can use the outdoor space more! Thank you Dar!!

This house was great! We had everything we needed: grill, beach stuff, bikes, games, even some vinyl records to play! We enjoyed the privacy of the rooms and bathrooms, however there aren’t curtains on the main rooms in case that would worry you. It wasn’t a big issue to us since the bedrooms had curtains. Also, while it’s definitely close to the beach, it’s a 10-15 minute walk, not a few min like the listing might show. Still a great spot, would totally stay again!

A wonderful spot filled with Machpee and Cape cod decor. The location was excellent given we travelled up and down the Cape and needed a spot that was centrally located. The house is well appointed and has everything you need ! It looks exactly like the photos. And the neighbourhood is very nice too.

Leonardo's home had it all. Plenty of room for the 10 of us, with a choice of comfortable seating areas for talking or playing games. A beautiful deck that was perfect for sipping a morning coffee. A pier for fishing and launching kayaks. A kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking gadgets. Plenty of room for parking. It is truly ideal for a large group who values their time together but also appreciates some private time. Leo was very responsive, even dropping by to bring some supplies that were inadvertently not stocked. (We were happy to obtain the supplies ourselves, but Leo went above and beyond and delivered them himself). This was lucky for us, as he also supplied recommendations on things to see and do in the area. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. You'll have a lovely home with a stellar view and a wonderful host.

We had a lovely stay. The house is very close to the ocean, it’s well laid out and the host is responsive. We highly recommend this AirBnB.

Lisa's place is so lovely. It is so peaceful and has a great view. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Lisa is a great communicator and we were easily able to get questions answered. When we had an issue (not related to our stay) Lisa was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Great accommodation. House looks like the pictures and it was walking distance to some of Falmouths best spots.

Ruben and Celine were great. Super responsive and helpful. The house was very clean when we arrived and free of any clutter. Great instructions on the house, and lots of space to hang out and relax even with the not so great weather we had 😄

Marc was a fantastic and flexible host who was responsive and accommodating. His stay is a perfect spot, nestled in a quiet residential area with a private beach! Everything was perfect with his stay!

My all-time favorite place to stay in Oak Bluffs and Adrienne is a phenomenal host. A 5 minute walk to Ocean Park and Circuit Avenue. No detail is left unattended. She is both proactive and responsive and her home is beautiful. On some days I had to balance the urge to relax in the peacefulness of her home with the urge to visit the beauty of the beach. I did both. But since the unit has a balcony, I also enjoyed the beachfront views and solitude. Adrienne has made at least two important upgrades that make her already lovely home even more attractive: 1) She added a seating nook in the living room’s bay window - two leather bar height chairs and a three-tier table overlooking the beach and Seaview Avenue; and 2) she replaced the two single beds in the first bedroom with two double beds which enables her to increase occupancy. Although I was traveling solo this visit, I do plan to visit again with friends. Book it and fall in love with it!

Paula had the perfect spot for a mini escape. My girls had a blast at the pool and enjoyed having their own bedroom and three bathrooms to choose from. We had epic sushi and breakfast down the street at Anne and Frans Kitchen ...which was amazing!!

Luisa was very responsive to any questions we had. Her place is cute and cozy, very quiet, but everything we wanted to do was close by.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Heather's place is beautiful! An amazing location with close proximity to the OB steamship authority station, a number of bus lines, and the beach! The view and location are unbeatable! Heather was also super responsive in terms of coordinating flexible check-in/check-out times which was very much appreciated. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OB :)

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.
