Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Nantucket

The home was clean and cozy. Updated decor and well supplied with everything we would need. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home during our Cape Cod trip and family reunion (7 of us in total). This house is truly a gem—beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The garden was a refreshing retreat, and we really enjoyed waking up and sipping our tea/coffee in the garden. The location is private and peaceful, yet just minutes from cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. There was also plenty of space for 2 cars to park, which made things easy for us. All the beds and bathrooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. In addition, Jessica and Russell were very friendly and communicative. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend!

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic delightful stay in our own special little Secret Garden oasis complete with a solarium. The added washer and dryer were a wonderful and convenient perk. Abigail and Aaron were so friendly and helpful. And our little dog absolutely adored having his own private space to run in. It was magnificent to see him so happy because we live in the city and he hasn’t had the freedom to run in a very long time. We hope to be back again very soon.

Exceptional - believe the hype/countless 5-star reviews. Amy's home is an ideal home base on MV, especially for families. The location is great (easy walk to town), the backyard is gorgeous, the home itself is spotless and has every toy/amenity you could want. (We especially loved the proximity to the large, well-maintained playground and town library.) Amy is an excellent host and made herself available before and during our stay. We can't wait to come back.

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Erin’s place was so comfy and cozy. Has all the amenities you would need or want. The home was clean and cute. Beds & pillows were comfy. Great location too.

We visited Island Grace for a long weekend and enjoyed the many perks of this beautiful home! It was a perfect spot to visit Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and beaches and just a short drive to other areas and towns. We enjoyed biking, the hot tub, and the well-appointed kitchen. The beds were so comfortable! We truly had everything we needed and thought it was so fun to watch their HGTV episode!

What a lovely little flat this is. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. Fabulous outside space as well. The linen, towels and utensils were of a good quality. lovely to have beach towels. Didn't find the sloping ceiling a problem at all. we are 6 foot and 5'9. Town is a 30 min walk we hired bikes which I highly recommend. it's an easy 10mins on a bike. Host was happy to offer us an early and late check-in and out but realise this is probably as we are now at the end ofvthe season so could be accommodated. Very kind of her thank you

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.

Perfect stay for a long weekend with our group of 4 (2 couples). Plenty of space to hang out in the common area, while each having their own bedroom and bathroom which was nice too. We didn't cook but loved the large kitchen space. Overall nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay!

Great location! Close to downtown. Free parking for one vehicle. Chic interior and exterior—scandi style and clean aesthetic! Angela was great to collaborate with about where to go with our pup, too. Overall awesome place and lovely host!

Best spot to accommodate a girls weekend. Easy to get places from downtown to Cisco. We felt at home and house had everything you need. The host is super flexible and responsive. We loved it!

Bill was terrific and there are tons of super thoughtful things around - I had access to a fire pit, amazing place for socialization (with fridge, stove, TV, rocking chairs, tables, etc.) The studio was the perfect place - it had everything I needed - but was simple and not fussy. I really loved the property, loved the accommodations, loved the location and the host was super nice and helpful and present enough, but not too present! I knew I could find him if I needed something! His place also felt very safe and a terrific place to be if you are interested in the beach and ocean, but also close to a lot of amazing attractions and food! Would definitely recommend!

The Birdhouse was a delight. I had a wonderful night’s sleep. Martha is a gracious and helpful host.
