1. Booking & check in was very easy & convenient 2. last 1km to property is really very very bad so be prepared for it (you will finally forget it once you reach property) 3. ideal for 6 ppl, can accommodate upto 12 also 4. tv is really very old, but you may not need it as there is many indoor games like carrom, tambola, cards etc 5. there is really very good music system but it's not portable 6. felt at home from the moment we step in 7. usha ji cooks really very very good food...both veg & non veg that too at very affordable additional cost 8. due to some problem we were not able to check out at given time..so they accomodated us 3 extra hours without any extra cost & without even letting us feel that they are doing a favour on us 9. usha ji the caretaker & cook at property is very good at her job it's a 10/10 property I'll definitely suggest it to everyone who is looking for a good staycation in lonavala

Rubina is a fantastic host! We had such an incredible trip. Right from booking until check-out and beyond, she was communicative, friendly, and helpful! The property is absolutely lovely - super beautifully decorated and very well maintained with a lot of thoughtful additions - for example, if you go into the pool, the caretakers will give you additional pool towels without even asking. In the night, in the outdoor area, the caretakers turned on some really nice colourful lights for us too. The attention to detail, the food, the host - everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

We stayed at The Mulberry farms for two nights and had the best stay we have had in maharashtra. Shamit’s place was exactly as described and probably even better than we expected. Shamit (the host) was very responsive and friendly from the time we booked to the time we left. The caretaker Naresh did an excellent job with the food and looking after us. The location of the property and the detail in everything is exceptional. You can tell the owners really love and value what they’ve built . Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The plus point is the beautiful pool which is pretty rare for stand alone homes in Mulshi. We will be back very soon ♥️

Yesterday, I visited with my team for a staff picnic, and I was truly delighted with the entire experience. The hospitality was beyond expectations, manager DhaniRam and the other three staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we felt completely at home. The stay was luxurious to another level, and it’s clear that the soul of Ekyam lies in its amazing team. Please don’t change them, they’re the reason the place feels so special. Well done to the entire staff!

We stayed here to celebrate our Dad’s 60th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The property is exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful, spacious, and full of charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. We had an amazing time enjoying the pool and the play area—it kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. The facilities were top-notch and thoughtfully maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. A big shoutout to Sameer and his team for their exceptional hospitality. Very Beautiful and Serene Nature Retreat in Pawna with lakeview. It's a beautiful escape from the city life. It was a great experience overall.

Great place. Great caretaker and great food. The property location is fabulous. Once you reach, you won’t want to come back while the memories are etched for a long time when you leave the place. The property is chic and the garden in front is spacious and loaded with Colours of different hue and shades of the flowers. The lake adjoining the property adds to the calmness of the ambience. The food prepared by the caretaker family is superb and sumptuous. We stayed for a day but wished we stayed more. Great place for a family get together or a couple looking for serenity from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world. Strong recommendation to go there for a different experience very different to an experience that you get from a resort. We wanted to cut off from general people and be there with the nature and this farm experience gave us exactly that. Thanks and wish to be back sooner than later with wider family.

The villa was very well-maintained and clean. Rooms were well-kept and ready when we arrived. All 3 pools were crystal clear and clean, kids had a great time. Dhananjay, he was the caretaker and kept coordinating to check if things were good for us. The pure veg food made by Chef Mithun was the best that we have eaten in Lonavala area when it comes to pure veg villa's. Even the service was on point and not delayed. Highly recommended and Overall 5/5 rating.. would love to come back and thank you for your hospitality.

This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the overall vibe was so peaceful and rejuvenating. Even though we stayed for just one night, it was such a memorable experience for me and my family. We spent most of our time relaxing in the Airbnb itself , enjoying the lush surroundings and the beautiful rains, it felt like a little escape from the city. The food was genuinely yummy, full of flavor and made with love. A special mention to the caretaker, Lokesh, who was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. Fiesta Villa is truly a hidden gem in Lonavala! The property exceeded our expectations—looking even better than the photos—with all amenities in perfect working order. The rooms were spotless, and the kitchen utensils were squeaky clean, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool and BBQ area, which added so much fun to our trip. A special shout-out to the caretaker, Juber, and the owner, Tapas—both were just a phone call away and always ready to help with anything we needed. There’s also a small restaurant/general store just next door where you can grab breakfast, Maggi, tea, fruits, and other essentials—super convenient! The villa offers great privacy while still being part of a lively neighborhood. There’s a shared security guard for the nearby villas, which are mostly occupied on weekends, creating a vibrant and safe atmosphere. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to come back again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Anisha’s place! The property matched the pictures perfectly and was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. Anisha was a cooperative and thoughtful host, always ensuring we were comfortable. The caretaker was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is a big plus—close to the city, which made food and other deliveries super quick and easy. It felt like a perfect home away from home. This is a nice quiet place, which can host everything from a friend’s get together, to a family outing, to a couples getaway. My wife and I had a great time. Sidhant was very helpful every step of the way, with an overall friendly vibe, and provided perfect local food recommendations for our stay.

Beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by paddy farms. Bird calls and peacock calls wake you up in the morning. Enjoyed freshly cooked , tasty meals. Enjoyed the walking trails outside. Kids enjoyed the private pool and playing with the friendly dogs ,feeding the fish and tortoise in the well etc. The hosts setup karaoke for us which was fun. The pool side cabins are beautiful. Rustic place just a short drive out of Pune. Friendly , hospitable staff catered to our every need. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway with friends or family.
