Monthly Rentals in Nandambakkam

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

The place is exactly like as in description, clean, tidy and neat. very helpful host. Getting to the location, follow the Google maps directions, keep in mind the access road is small and quite difficult to get there if coming through a big vehicle like Innova. For cabs factor in booking in advance. Overall a great experience, happy with the stay. thank you babu

Runima clearly stated in the check-in instructions that the apartment is located on the right, down Gangappa Street near Ramalinga School. We couldn’t see the door number, so we called Runima, and she responded immediately and guided us through the check-in 😊. We enjoyed our stay 👍.

It was my first time here in Chennai, and I’ll officially state it- it felt right at home. Shajitha is an amazing host, the house felt really nice and everything was on spot. I don’t think I’ll have to look for another place whenever I’m visiting Chennai next, thank you again Shajitha <3
