Monthly Rentals in Nam-myeon

For this price, I'm completely satisfied with the surrounding facilities. ^^ Reply speed is 5G level ^^ It was my first visit to Gwangju, and I left with good memories. ^^

There was plenty of space and bedding for 4 adults + 1 baby, and the condition was so good~~ Especially the bedding was so nice.

I rented this place for 4 months as an exchange student. It is just a 5-minute walk from the entrance to Chonnam National. University. The neighborhood and the building are quiet and pleasant to live in. Regarding the apartment, it is very well-equipped and spacious, ideal for a single person or even for two. The host, Paul, always responds very quickly to any problems I may have and has always been able to offer me good solutions. I highly recommend it.

I used it as a lodging to enjoy Damyang. There were many restaurants around, and it was nice to have a brunch cafe with a nice atmosphere. The room size was smaller than I thought, but it was cozy.
