Thanh and his wife host a fantastic homestay! Thanh is a super fast person to get in touch with, and offers various recommendations for the local area. He can also arrange bus tickets to pick you up from the place as well. The place is very clean, AC is great, and the WiFi is also fast. Side note, can’t tell from the photos but the rooms also come with a mini fridge and large plug-in fan. All in all, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Ninh Binh.

We stayed at this place for 2 weeks, it was easy to reach and the staff were always friendly. There was someone at the reception 24/7.

Our stay was very last minute as we had a cruise cancelled on the day and had to find an alternative accommodation, but it turned out to be for the best, as we had a beyond amazing time here! 🤩 The host was super helpful arranging a transfer for us as well, very responsive and friendly during the whole stay. Our villa was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, with a private pool that is actually of a good size, good AC (much needed) and privacy windows all around - you really can feel like you are in a luxurious glass cube (with privacy windows) but right in the middle of peaceful nowhere! This tranquil garden was a much needed heaven on earth for us after visiting some of the chaotic cities the days before. They also provide free bicycles, so it was an easy and fun way to get around and to the attractions nearby. Even though the location is a bit remote, there were quite a few restaurants in walking distance with great and friendly service. I can highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yen runs a beautiful and idyllic homestay just outside Tam Coc. The staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too big an ask. It was spotless and we got fresh towels and bed linen every day if needed. There were great amenities also - we could rent bikes and all the major attractions were within cycling distance. I would highly recommend Yen’s place to anyone looking to explore Ninh Binh.
