La Quintana de Vielgos, a traditional house on the Asturian coast. A place full of peace to spend a few days in a relaxed atmosphere as a couple or surrounded by friends and family. A large house with spacious rooms and tasteful decor, surrounded by a beautiful garden with areas for reading, playing, or relaxing. In a privileged setting between the sea and the mountains, a small corner on the shores of the Cantabrian Sea. Parties and events are not allowed in our accommodation.

There is a double sofa bed in the living room,so someone else can stay as well. It is located in the district of Cimadevilla, fishermen's district where Gijón was born and one minute from the Plaza Mayor and the beach. It has a GARAGE. My apartment is simple, but at the same time cozy. It has a large window in the living room that I love, especially on foggy days or when the full moon shines in. The beds are made of ecological wood. We love nature, so we have several plants in our home. It has two very nice rooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's on the fifth floor with an elevator. You'll love it. Just to say that a small continental breakfast is included as a courtesy

Cozy apartment in the center of Oviedo, completely renovated in 2024. The interior is totally new and consists of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. It has a sofa bed for a child under 12. It is equipped with household items, microwave, TV, Wifi,etc. The location is perfect, it is behind the Teatro Campoamor, one street from the shopping area, 5 minutes from the old town, the cider boulebard and the train and bus stations.

Casa 44 is a project that we managed to carry out after two years of looking for the house of our dreams. We put our heart and soul into it to make it a special house, full of handcrafted details that we hope will make our clients' stay an unforgettable experience. IMPORTANT: The Spa/Jacuzzi is contracted as an optional extra service on arrival, with a one-time price of €90 for the entire stay (July and August) and €50 for the rest of the year.

Groups of boys/girls are excluded from the rental. A community of neighbors and a very quiet area so that rest is one of its most valued secrets.

This place will give you the opportunity of hiking, climbing, riding bicycles in an awesome area of Asturias. 30 km far from Oviedo (the capital city of Asturias) and 55 km far from the nearest beach in Gijón. The house is placed in a privileged spot for the sighting of wild fauna such as the brown bear and during the months of September and October contemplate the bellowing of the deers.
