Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

It was a nice stay at this place. It is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, and I would say it was my favorite area ( compared to other places I've stayed during my whole trip in Tokyo), to stay if you want to feel the japanese-local-housing areas with shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The place is acommodating for 3 guests perfectly even though sometimes we have to take turn to open our luggage at the same time. It was clean and walkable to the Making of Harry Potter place. However, since the room located in the first floor and at the back area of the apartment, sunlight was quite hard to enter the room, particularly in gloomy days. Overall, it was a nice experience and would recommend this place to whomever try to find affordable stay with worth facilities and great hosts.

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

A really great place to stay in Tokyo. In a city where space comes at a premium, the apartment was bright and airy. Situated right next to a metro station it offers good connections to the main attractions and Haneda airport. The host was really friendly and responsive, helping with any questions I had before and during our stay.

Great place and great host. Shohei very responsive and also informative, the place is very clean, the bathroom smells good, complete cooking and eating utensils. The minus only that the train station is a bit far so it is hassle if we had luggages. But the bus stop is very near from airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse. It was very urban and sleek atmosphere with a view of a skyline. The host was very communicative and kind. Highly recommended.

Tanaka is an incredible host, and everything is exactly as described. We (2 total) stayed at this Airbnb for 4 nights, and have absolutely zero regrets. The unit is compact, but very well thought out, with everything having a place and extremely well laid out. The neighborhood is also top notch. While definitely on the more expensive side in terms of restaurants, you can also find places serving great meals at affordable prices. About a 7 minute walk from the metro, and very easy to get around should you be exploring other neighborhoods. If you’re looking for a quiet but convenient neighborhood with great shopping/restaurant options, this is your place. Lastly, Tanaka was beyond helpful. She went above and beyond in so many ways, from recommendations on where to eat, activities, luggage assistance, and even laundry, which is such a huge help (especially as you’re coming to the end of a trip). 10/10 - so happy we found this place and will certainly rebook on our next visit!

I can’t recommend this place enough. If it is available, look no further, book this spot. It was the best place we stayed our whole trip. Way bigger, way nicer than what you would get at a regular hotel. It is above a very nice bar which is a beautiful upscale wine/whiskey. The bar isn’t loud and you will not hear it from the room. Host is amazing, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I will be booking this spot again on future trips to Japan.

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

Five stars all the way. Kan was a wonderful host & this house was magic. Everyday was made only better knowing we were returning to this home. Would recommend 100%.

Chie's place was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there immensely and loved taking peaceful walks along the river. Chie and her husband are kind, patient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of in her home and would love to stay again if ever I have the chance.

Fang’s place was fantastic. Location was so convenient to Shinjuku and its local station is on the line to Harry Potter studios. Fang told us to see the Sakura by the canal and they were fantastic. The apartment had everything needed and very clean and large. We would love to stay again next time in Tokyo!

It was a great place for us. A little small for 8 people and no sitting area but the host was so responsive and the location was ideally located near a train station. The air conditioning was strong and the showers were spacious. Thank you so much for hosting us. We would definitely come back to this place again.

This is a simple, clean comfortable place near the metro station with great connections to the heart of Tokyo. The place is very clean and comfortable and has all amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. A complimentary pocket wi fi device to use in the city was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend this place.

We loved staying here! The neighborhood was quiet, it was close to several grocery stores and restaurants and it was easy to get to the subway. The house was adorable, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tokyo!

We loved our stay at Yuga's place. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, with just a short walk to the local station. Loads of shops/restaurants nearby. Yuga was always there to help even before we got to the accommodation. He helped us with luggage transfers and even called the company for us when we missed the delivery. He arranged an airport transfer for us too and even allowed us to check out late free of charge. We would happily stay at Yuga's place again. Thank you Yuga for being such a great host!

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We had a lovely stay at Ryusuke’s place. We chose the location because it was in the neighborhood of our friends. We easily took the bus and train from close to his place. The flat was very spacious and met all our needs. There’s a delicious bakery close and some nice restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you!

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
