The flat is located in the fifth district, in the heart of downtown Budapest. The neighborhood is lively and restaurants, cafes, and ruin bars are all around. The street is very close to the famous Dohany synagogue and Vaci shopping street. Getting around couldn't be easier from this flat. You can either walk around to the famous city center highlights or use any of the excellent public transportation; bus, metro or tram. The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

It was in an optimal location with easy access to major tourist destinations, and since it was a place with a lot of people coming and going, I went out early in the morning and late at night without worrying. The check in was so smooth, we felt right at home as soon as we stepped in the apartment. Dear Tamar what’s so helpful and kind and friendly, he instantly was a great help whenever we need it. I was so happy to start my first trip to Europe in this space:) Comfortable bedding, a relaxing space, a convenient elevator for us with a lot of luggage, and a quiet space were the best for us who needed a break. The host also responded quickly and provided a comfortable flow of movement to handle all the schedules in Budapest. If I can travel again, I definitely want to visit again! :)

András’ apartment exceeded our expectations. The location is exceptional, and the nighttime view is truly stunning. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay. A few aspects could be improved: the bed linens felt somewhat worn and of lower quality, the WiFi was noticeably slow at times, and the smaller bedroom lacks a dedicated toilet, which may be inconvenient for some guests. We were sad to leave and would be happy to return someday 😊
