Great place, at a great location. We stayed here for Holi and the main party was next to the building. The host is very nice and helpful. He was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The room was clean, and had different amenities like coffee, tea, and water for us when we arrived. The bathroom did not have hot water during our stay. Also, please read the description carefully. It mentions that there can be noise from the busy street and it is very true.

Suren is great host, everything was as described in the listing. Big yard and empty space. You can park on the territory. He is very friendly and well managed. This place is highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Urban Retreat Studio Apartments. It is located in a convenient location of Lalitpur and is very walkable. The room was spacious, open, and very bright with lots of windows. Parbat, the host, was very responsive and quick to answer and accommodate my questions. I'd recommend this place for those looking for a studio apartment in the heart of Kathmandu.

Dear all, My stay at Dr. Anjil's apartment was a great and lovely experience. The apartment and amenities were clean and working perfectly; to be able to have access to a washing machine was a really big plus. The location of the place is very convenient since it is right on the Ring road. It is very easy to take a bus or a taxi if needed, but everything is reachable by walking around Patan. There is a big number of markets, stores, shops and pharmacies around the area to satisfy any necessity. The only thing to consider is that the building entrance doors gets locked around 9pm; so if you go out for a long dinner or to enjoy the night life of the city, just make sure you have battery left on your phone to call Dr. Anjil (or his mom) so they can help you by unlocking the doors. Overall, Dr. Anjil and his mom are a very welcoming and nice hosts and persons. They were always there to help me with anything. All the best to Anjil, his mom, and everybody who plans to visit Patan, Kathmandu and Nepal.

Good location to get around Kathmandu easily.

I highly recommend Pasang's place. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the building is safe and secure, and Pasang is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is also in a great location - it's on a quiet street off the main road and is easily walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. This was my second time staying here, and I look forward to staying again in the future.

What a great flat. Immaculately clean, and the option to have it cleaned each day, and get new towels etc. Beds were so comfortable & walk in showers with always available warm water were great. Useful to have the AC for the hotter nights, the staff in the building were all really friendly too. The location is great as it is a peaceful area of Kathmandu, with great views over the city and of Swayambhu, and with the Pathao app everything else is very accessible from here. There is a handy convenience store over the road for many of the foods that Western people might find useful to have nearby. There are plenty of Nepali stores nearby too, and a fruit store right outside. The Lamee coffee store right nearby is also a good restaurant for both Nepali and other food (with some really good sliced bread and pizza). Next door there is an authentic momo store also. It is worth noting the washing machine on the listing indicates a laundry service rather than an actual machine for use.

Hassle free stay. Felt like top notch hotel. Anything you need you just name it, staff will do their best to get it done. Service was on top. Rooms were as describe. I got lucky as Sam upgraded me to the penthouse. Worry free stay. Will be back for sure. Best place!!!

The apartment is in a great location with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and department stores nearby. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook if I’m traveling back to Kathmandu!

Good stay. The host is incredibly responsive and willing to help and make the stay pleasant and satisfying. The location might not be the best, as there's a construction site right opposite the building and they start works very early in the mornings. However, the host talked to the construction team and showed readiness make arrangements to fix the situation. Excellent communication

We had the chance to stay at this lovely place for two weeks and I must tell you it is one of the best places we’ve stayed. The location was great with an easy access to local buses and taxi services. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with all the necessary facilities provided. Sitting in the terrace during the evening time was quite rewarding. The host, Mr Resham, was very helpful. Before moving in, I had couple of requests and he was very happy to accommodate them. He kept on checking even after moving to make sure everything is fine. He was wonderful. Special mention to the restaurant Hotel De Silauta downstairs. We ordered the food from time to time and they were happy to deliver. The food was amazing, the price was reasonable and the staffs were extremely helpful. If I have the chance to visit Kathmandu again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book the same place as it was a lovely experience. Fully satisfied customer.

I had a wonderful stay with my family in this property. it's a newly constructed home with all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. The host was very active to help. It's very near to Thamel and Kathmandu darbar square. The only drawback is, it is situated in narrow lanes where it is difficult for a person to bring his private vehicle but that's not a problem for most of the person as they come by ✈️ and don't require parking space. overall it is good deal to grab.

Nirmala was an incredibly welcoming host. The place was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos. I was pleasantly surprised to find ample space to park my full-size SUV — a definite bonus! I had a very comfortable night’s sleep and felt right at home. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to stay here again.

I stayed in flat for 1 month as i had an expo and was perfect to work from here. Very centrally located in the middle of old kathmandu.

Love the rooftop and the views. All the staff were so helpful and carried our heavy bags up and down the stairs.
