I opened a renovation house as a guest house for renting a whole house, which is about a 10-minute drive from Iida Interchange. It is not luxurious but consciously renovated with a cozy space. Adjacent to the campsite, you can enjoy a BBQ on the wood deck and enjoy a variety of ways to enjoy a variety of fun things like taking a walk or fishing on the lake.(Campsite is charged separately.Please check with "Sawa Castle Lake Ranch Campground") Inside, you can also enjoy a home theater with a projector that you can easily control with wifi.Connect to your Amazon prime Video or Netflix account.There is no adjacent house, so you are always available to have a lot of fun. Feel free to use the 84 ㎡ occupancy area during your stay. You can use the washer and dryer for free, so it is recommended for long-term stays. This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)

About mawari Built at the end of the Edo period (1850), it was relocated in 1982 and preserved as a rural kabuki stage. I received it from a local grandfather and made it a space where I could rent a whole house. We are remodeling it so that you can stay as much as possible the appearance of the rural kabuki stage.
