Bicycle trail outside the cabin in the summer, ski trail (occasionally) in the winter. Excellent area for mountain hiking and hunting. Svortstranda is about 800 m further away, popular for children. Free access to shared sauna which is also close to the cabin. Canoe is included in rent

Come to Lake Sjysjøen and live interacting with nature. This simple cabin is a great take off point for peaceful days, outdoor activities in the area, or cabin cottages in the cozy living room. The cabin is 1km from the car road, 100m from Lake Sjysjøen with free fishing opportunities. Please bring waterproof shoes, the road may be wet. The house is equipped with two bedrooms with beds of 120cm, kitchen with gas flare for cooking possibilities and outdoor toilet. No electricity or running water, water is collected in the creek. *Sheep in the area in summer*.

Here you have the possibilities to recharge your batteries in an otherwise so hectic everyday life, either by crawling well under the blanket on the couch, watching TV, enjoying the time in front of the fireplace and with something warm in the cup or good in the glass. The cabin has space for 8, maybe more if flexible. Welcome.

You will be driving along the country road and arrive to a lovely little cabin in the forest with a cozy outdoor area around the house. Here there is a creek by the lawn and both hens and ducks run freely. Breakfast can be served in the main house with an added fee. Outdoor area: 3 acres worked up plot. Large lawn that is suitable for ball games and play. There is also a private area that fits nicely for barbecues, private outdoor furniture is accessible. Inside: The cabin is suitable for a family with 1 to 2 children.

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Then I welcome you to our great cabin in Kvaløysæter. A small spot in Flatanger, 11 mile northwest of Steinkjer and 8.5 mile southwest of Namsos. At the top of a mountain in a peaceful area with few cabin neighbors, you will find the beautiful gem in detached nature with good views of the sea and mountains.
