Warren is a quiet neighborhood for sleeping and only a 3 mile/8 minute drive to Old Bisbee. Single story mid century "farm" house with no stairs inside or out. Well lit carport parking and driveway. Central AC and gas heat- no window/wall units or space heaters. No on site host or pets. Not a shared space. The house has structured water and a 5-stage reverse osmosis water filter. If you have to work, office materials and other equipment are provided. 1915 carriage house outfitted for your comfort. Queen Bedroom/bathroom very comfy: bathrobes, towels, toiletries. The carriage house serves as kitchen/dining/living room/work space/couch turns into full-size bed with wifi / tv. Bathroom/queen bedroom private yard. Well behaved dogs welcome but must be with humans or crated when separated. Minisplits effectively keeps rooms warm or cool. The rental is separate and behind the main house where I live. Tennis/pickle/skate a block away.

The house is walking distance to antique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and a local bar and venue with live music. And less then a 10 minute drive from Old Bisbee.

Quiet place, easy parking for multple cars, in cute neighborhood beyond lavender pit, mins from downtown/old Bisbee! Easy walk to Hitching Post bar, dining in Warren, Vista park/Sat farmers market, Warren ball field! 2 bedrooms downstairs, and two upstairs! (to really cram in a lot of people, black couch back folds down fits queen sheets, & upstairs is day bed w/ foam cushion that fits twin sheet.) No stairs to climb to access the property like in Old Bisbee!
