Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

In a rural setting, in a unique place in the Randstad, is the Casa Petite vacation home. Originally an old barn, but renovated, preserved and equipped with every comfort. We renovated our garage (10m2) into a lovely guesthouse with all comfort you need during a stay near Amsterdam! Almere is a big town very good for shopping and dining. Im sure you will enjoy it here. Please note the cabin has a private entrance and it's own bathroom. There is no kitchen or fridge, but there is coffee and tea and a supermarket just 5 minutes walking distance. The supermarket is open every day with fresh croissants for breakfast!
