Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1 ha) next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn Castle. From the forest house (located in privacy), beautiful views into nature! Many birds, also owls, squirrels and you can see regularly deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, light a fire at Zwiethouse, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.

We renovated our garage (10m2) into a lovely guesthouse with all comfort you need during a stay near Amsterdam! Almere is a big town very good for shopping and dining. Im sure you will enjoy it here. Please note the cabin has a private entrance and it's own bathroom. There is no kitchen or fridge, but there is coffee and tea and a supermarket just 5 minutes walking distance. The supermarket is open every day with fresh croissants for breakfast!
