We are 15 min drive from beach, downtown, UNCW, Cozy open living area with couch and chair TV/WiFi/Roku, air purifier. Kitchen space has sink, refrig, Microwave, toaster and coffeemaker, table/chairs, dishes, note NO oven. Bath has walk in shower, no tub. Sleeping area has full size double bed. Outside: Salt water pool!, hot tub, hot/cold shower, grill, eating and lounging areas. We are happy to loan you beach chairs. as of Nov. 2, 2023, the hot tub is out of service. Working on a solution.

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. Adorable Private Guest Suite with Loft.

Located just outside of Southport, NC. We are minutes from the beaches and waterfront. Just a short drive to many local attractions, including Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. Our Guest Suite is completely private from the rest of the house. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views anytime of day of the 7th fairway. The suite has a loft that can sleep 2 adults, there is a pull out sofa that will also sleep 2 adults if you do not want to use the loft.
