We are 15 min drive from beach, downtown, UNCW, Cozy open living area with couch and chair TV/WiFi/Roku, air purifier. Kitchen space has sink, refrig, Microwave, toaster and coffeemaker, table/chairs, dishes, note NO oven. Bath has walk in shower, no tub. Sleeping area has full size double bed. Outside: Salt water pool!, hot tub, hot/cold shower, grill, eating and lounging areas. We are happy to loan you beach chairs. as of Nov. 2, 2023, the hot tub is out of service. Working on a solution.

The suite is a private/guest studio (includes private entrance, full kitchen, bath and queen size bed). Designed to enjoy the saltwater pool/zen gardens. Imagine sea salt colors, Tommy Bahama style, and the artist way touch! What’s unique about this property is that you can take the sidewalk/bike path straight to the ocean (6 blocks). You can walk to restaurants, mini grocery store, and catch amazing sunrises/sunsets. This space is intended to chill. (NO KIDS/1-2 ADULTS MAX NO EXCEPTION)

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Adorable Private Guest Suite with Loft.

Located just outside of Southport, NC. We are minutes from the beaches and waterfront. Just a short drive to many local attractions, including Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. Our Guest Suite is completely private from the rest of the house. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views anytime of day of the 7th fairway. The suite has a loft that can sleep 2 adults, there is a pull out sofa that will also sleep 2 adults if you do not want to use the loft.
