Cosy country cottage in tranquil setting

Tranquil location in a cul-de-sac with the National Park at your back door. Completely self-contained with full kitchen/laundry and luxury bathroom. Unsuitable for children. Very private with separate driveway and off-street parking. Beautiful garden with many native birds. Five minute drive to the beach which has excellent fishing and swimming. Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a camp stretcher or porta cot is available.Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to beach. Ample parking for boats, caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Beautifully hidden away cabin situated approximately 5 kms north of Harvey. We had a wonderful stay at Abbey’s beautiful farmhouse! The house itself, the peaceful surroundings, and the friendly livestock are made for such a charming and relaxing getaway. Everything was just as described—clean, cozy, and full of character. Abbey is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. We truly appreciate her hospitality and all the little touches that made our stay special. Overall, a perfect staycation. Absolutely a 5-star experience, and we’d love to return again soon. This house was lovely for our group of 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 babies. 4 rooms, each with comfortable double beds, meant everyone had space. The house is well insulated and comfortable during cold weather, and the bedding provided was more than enough for warmth. We found everything we needed to cook meals with. There is a kayak there, and it was great fun to take it out on the lake. Thanks Eliza!

This place was beyond it’s expectations we wish we booked more time to soak it up more. Lana has put so much effort into making you feel like your home away from home but even better we loved the fully equipped kitchen, so many cute cozy places to relax, amazing natural products through out the home, every spot of the house had amazing detail! We have stayed at a few airbnbs and this would have to be our number one for our little mumcation getaway we will be back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Coolup cabin. We ran into some initial problems at checkin but Nicola, Simon and their cleaner went above and beyond to make sure we could stay rather than dragging the kids elsewhere as they were so excited for their farmstay! The cabin was cleaned promptly, and a water truck was ordered to fill a tank so we had water during our stay. We were given a refund due to the checkin issues. We had a relaxing time exploring the area, were comfortable and warm especially with the outdoor fireplace! Would highly recommended Nicola and Simons Coolup property as they pride themselves on the care and service they provide to their customers. Thank you Simon and Nicola, we will be back!! Might even bring another family when the new cabin is open for business 😉
