The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. The house has a pool table, a ping pong table and two golf carts which can be taken to the beach. There are 3 swimming pools, a gym and tennis courts in the community.

Lynda's Legacy is located only 200 steps to the ocean. She just got a complete make over. We used the very calming Front porch grey color in the whole house, as this is our happy place and we like to come here to get away from all our cares and let the beach wind blow in our hair. We would love to share this with you. King size bed in Master bedroom. Queen size beds in other 2 bedrooms. Single day bed in upstairs nook. You can sit on the front porch and hear the ocean waves.
