Cottage vacation rentals in Murrells Inlet

The house is in a very quiet gated community. The pool, lounge and tennis courts are directly out the front door. There were ample supplies in the home, even K cups for the coffee maker. The hous is well maintained and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Great experience. Also close to many restaurants and grocery stores ( 5-10 min by car)

Kevin reached out prior to our visit to make sure we had all the information we needed. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by little signs, welcoming us, as well as our dog, by name! The beach-themed decor is super cute! The gated deck area and the screened in porch were great for us and our dog. The community is very welcoming and friendly. Having access to the golf cart was helpful and convenient. We enjoyed the pools and Jacuzzi in the community area. Although it rained all week during our stay, we were able to find fun things to do in Myrtle Beach, such as Ripley’s aquarium, the house of mirrors and the haunted house. We highly recommend crabby Mike’s seafood buffet as a fun place to eat. The thermostat on the AC broke during our stay. Kevin was at the door within about 30 minutes and it was fixed by a professional within two hours. We really appreciated his responsiveness! Kevin and Janet were excellent hosts and we enjoyed our stay at the playful pelican very much!

John got back to me quickly when I had any questions. I could get ahold of him anytime. The place was perfect for our families-enough beds for everyone (8). Plenty of towels and the golf cart was in great shape.

We enjoyed a beautiful week with my son, his wife and two grandchildren. they loved the golf cart rides and the pools. splash pad was awesome. private beach access was wonderful plus May was perfect weather

Maria’s place was very comfortable and really spotless. She made our dog very welcome too. Easy check in and great communication. We had a really nice stay.

This place exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, Matthew was very communicative and helpful. Check in was easy and the place was pristine! We loved drinking our morning coffee on the front porch overlooking the colorful azaleas. My kids loved the 2 twin bedroom and walking to the golf course. The pool was not open yet but is a great amenity to have so close by. It was a super easy, short drive to the Marsh Walk where we enjoyed food and drinks. If I ever find myself in Murrells Inlet I will stay here again and I would recommend to everyone!

Eric and Leslie's cottage was in perfect condition and in the best location for our needs (close to pool, tennis, golf, and wedding we were in town for). Their instructions were so detailed and the binder left on the counter had everything and more. We really appreciated the organization, convenience, and friendly response. Thank you both! Hope to be back soon.

We loved our cottage stay! It was quiet and peaceful. The property manager gave us helpful instructions and tips for things to do around the area. She was extremely friendly and very responsive. The cottage itself was beautiful inside and very clean. It had everything we needed, which I appreciated very much (eg, salt, pepper, foil, sandwich baggies, toilet paper, paper towel, etc). The pool was very close and we took a walk around the neighborhood in the morning to see the beautiful oak trees with Spanish moss. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you!

Thank you to the Betts for a very nice stay. I cooked the best steaks we ever had on that small charcoal grill in back. Clean and everything you could want is already there. Tks Dean

We had a great time in North Myrtle Beach, and Lisa’s place was perfect. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the loveseat recliners were cool, and the golf cart was fun. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Michelle and Jason's was exactly what we hoped for. Very relaxing and so much to do around the house. The complimentary golf cart was such a great addition to being able to see everything. When we arrived we had a few questions for the owners and not only did Jason get back to us promptly, he also came to the house and helped us out. Already getting ready to book 2 houses with Michelle and Jason for next year! A 5 Star Stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved that the place came with a golf cart and washer and dryer. The place was very clean and no complaints here! We would stay again!

Amazing location nearly the same distance to both Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle. Loved the place and the backyard area for our dogs. Beds were a bit stiff but we didn’t mind. Wifi was a little slow at times when trying to take video calls, but that is my mistake for trying to work instead of going to the amazing beaches! Overall great stay, location, and host. Would go back!

This was our 2nd time to stay at Sara's place. 2 wks the 1st time and 3 wks this time. This really says it all . The beach is a 7 minute walk. Golf and restaurants are within minutes. The accommodation is great. 1 bedroom with all the things you need. Sara is a wonderful host. Unfortunately our paths did not cross this time, but she responses immediately to any communication. Once again this year, Sara's place was the perfect match to all our needs.

Jodi's place was perfect! spacious and cozy. The view of the river from the inside is amazing with the two French doors. We ate dinner on the deck one night overlooking the river, infact we spent a lot of time out there, so peaceful. The outside Tiki bar overlooking the river is a fun place for relaxing especially if it's raining The beds are so comfortable!! Sunset Beach is 25 mins away and is a great family beach. We are already talking about going back to Jodi's place in the fall. Would highly recommend!

Second visit this year to Sunset Beach & canal house. This time with daughter & grandkids. We all enjoyed the trip although the weather didn’t fully cooperate. We hope to return again soon!

Nice clean house in a great area . Had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. If I had a question it was answered very quickly. Great host many thanks for allowing our fur babies

Janis, Calvin , & Cynthia were all a joy to work with! The welcome gifts were delectable and every attempt to make our stay special was exceeded. The beds were very comfortable and the cottage holds a peace from the past that is hard to find today. Janis did an extraordinary job in incorporating modern comforts but leaving the integrity of the original cottage and time in place. Well done and thank you. We stayed for a month here and enjoyed our time.

Janet was GREAT! She was very responsive to our needs. The home is cute and just as pictured. The neighborhood was very quiet. This our new favorite location for Myrtle Beach!! Can’t wait to stay again!!

Overall great experience! The upstairs bedroom beds appeared to be more sturdy than the downstairs master bedroom. The master bedroom mattress and frame from our experience might need to be replaced with a more sturdier version. The location is wonderful and our host had a listing of suggested places to visit during our stay which was helpful. We felt safe there and would stay again, just not sleep on that same bed.

We love this cottage, we stayed several times and at this point it feels like home. Small, but has everything we need.

Awesome place to stay! Eva was always very fast to get back in touch with me for any questions I had. Place was not only comfortable, but had everything we needed, and extremely CLEAN! Easy access to the beach, stores, and restaurants. My family had a wonderful trip! Would book again!
