Our home is set up for open space living inside and out with heated swim spa for summer and winter. We are only a 3 minute drive from the Mildura central shopping precint and restaurants, with the same travel time to the river. There is ample off street parking for 6 cars including a boat. Cosy air conditioned cottage in lovely shady garden setting a short stroll to Mildura city. Sleeps two, queen bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Laundry with washing Machine. Owners reside in home at front and are retired tour guides. Please, no pets. We do have a cot or a comfy stretcher. Lots of tea bags, coffee pods, muffins and long life milk . In season we may have local fruit. Great outdoor private setting. Seasonal veggie patch.
