On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. The non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of a renovated former farmhouse. The apartment (30 m² living space) has a separate entrance as well as a parking space. It is equipped with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), shower/toilet, seating area with TV, dining area with kitchenette (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven and pizza function). A fridge with freezer compartment is available. Dishes are cleaned by the landlord. The village center can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes.

In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. I am sure this is the perfect house to have an amazing holiday full of adventures.

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.
