The accomodation is great and in easy reach of many great beaches and local attractions including the Gulf of Orosei. There is another flat below this one but the grounds are large and it didn't cause us an issue.

Absolutely great accommodation with an incredibly beautiful view of the sea. Fabio is very nice and helpful. Great bars and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend the place, it's very special!

Together with my partner and our dog, we enjoy a lot our stay. The view is stunning. We spend whole evenings enjoying it. The house has everything you need. We as well highly appreciated host. Davide who not only provided us with very clear instructions how to get to his house, but as well was very polite and responsive. We definitely recommend this location and would come back again.

The view from the house is stunning, and we enjoyed it from dusk to dawn. The house itself is well equipped and has all the necessaries to cook your own meals. We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

We were on vacation with a small child in May-June. I really liked the location - a quiet village with the possibility of walking to a good beach. There are many more great beaches for every taste within 5-10 minutes' drive. The yard is small, but well-maintained and cozy, the house is perfect for a vacation, but preferably no more than 4 people.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

We had wonderfull time. We were 3 families, each has 2 small kids. The garden is briliant for the kids. They have swings inside the garden and the whole garden is behind the fence, so u dont have to worry about kids. It was like a little heaven on earth.

Beautiful house with beautiful sea views. The house is very well-equipped, nothing missing. We also slept well because the bedding is quality. I recommend this pretty house without any problems, especially since the welcome with TIZIANA's smile is impeccable.

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

We were 8 adults and 3 Children. We had a wonderful time in Gloria's beautiful house and are more than happy to recommend this accommodation! The house is spacious, tasteful and nicely renovated. The 5 rooms are well and conveniently furnished. Two well-maintained bathrooms and a toilet, all renovated and very clean. The terrace has a very large table that offers space for everyone. The garden is beautiful, pine trees and southern plants, sun loungers, and space to play and linger. And enough space for cars behind the house. An outdoor shower with hot water - so pleasant! It's only about 200 steps to the clean sandy beach. The sea was still warm at the end of September/early October, and it had few people on the beach. Beautiful sunrises over the sea - beautiful vibe on the beach and in the garden! Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is not unlimited - for a large group like ours a challenge ;) Gloria was very quick to respond.

We absolutely loved our stay here as a group of friends! We had a car and everything was very close. The house is big, clean and with a pool and bbq - what else can you want! Thanks Riccardo!

An absolutely fabulous house in a very private setting. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in abroad! There was a short walk to a very quiet beach with turquoise water surrounded by hills. The host was very responsive and any issues will had were sorted out within 15 minutes! There are not many restaurants to walk to but the house had a well quipped kitchen and a BBQ. I will certainly be returning!

Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

Our vacation in Elmira's house was very nice! The place was very clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Communication with Enrico worked smoothly, Enrico was very nice, always available and responded very quickly. Sa Ruxi beach is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes and Villasimius is also within a few minutes by car. The accommodation looks bigger in the photos, which did not bother us. I'm sure we'll be back!

Cute traditional home. Private and can walk to a few restaurants including coffee. Beaches are gorgeous in the area and about 15 min drive. Property was clean and well maintained. Host was very responsive. I would recommend this place for a peaceful stay.
