Apartment vacation rentals in Muravera

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön mit einem großen, liebevoll angelegten Garten und wirklich sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Der malerische Strand war super einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Lage war allgemein sehr gut. Die Autobahn war gerade einmal 10 Minuten entfernt. Alles war wie beschrieben.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Enrico! Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten nahezu alles was wir brauchten und haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohl gefühlt. Auch Empfehlungen für Strände, Restaurants, Eisdielen etc. haben uns sehr weitergeholfen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit Enrico. Wir haben schnelle Antworten auf Nachrichten bekommen und er war bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft Freunden und Familie weiter.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit dieser Unterkunft. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, man ist schnell zu Fuss am Meer. Ideal mit kleinen Kindern. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön, die Bucht traumhaft. Die Moskitonetze sichern den entspannten Schlaf :) die Gastgeberin war immer schnell erreichbar

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

Alloggio fantastico in ottima posizione e proprietari molto gentili!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet – sogar für unseren Hund standen direkt Näpfe bereit. Für unser Baby wurden separate Handtücher sowie ein Babybett bereitgestellt, was uns den Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert hat. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir auch, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach ein paar Tagen frisch ausgetauscht wurden. Die Gastgeber waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Allerdings ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig, um mobil zu sein. Praktisch: Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das WLAN, das etwas schwach war – ansonsten war wirklich alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles war super, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung aber auch mit der Kommunikation.

L’appartement de Renata et Roberto est très beau, proche de la mer et très bien équipé. L‘endroit est très calme et le jardin ainsi que les extérieurs sont très agréables. Renata et Roberto sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci !

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind neben dem Appartement , genauso wie die Busverbindung einen innerhalb von 30 min nach Cagliari bringt . Wir hatten mit Elena und Marco wundervolle Gastgeber. We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

La casa è molto ordinata e pulita. Noi siamo stati in due e siamo stati molto comodi. Ampio spazio esterno dove fare piacevoli cene all’aperto, c’è anche il barbecue. La zona è tranquillissima, immersi nella natura ma non troppo distante dalle bellissime spiagge della zona. Con una macchina siamo riusciti a visitare molti posti, da Costa Rei a Villasimius. Per quanto riguarda gli host sono due persone eccezionali. Antonio e Patrizia sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili per ogni richiesta. Ci hanno fatto compagnia per qualche cena e sono molto simpatici.Abbiamo passato una grande vacanza!!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen Dame empfangen, die uns zu unserer Unterkunft geführt hat. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Zusätzlich war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber zwischendurch über Whats-App sehr unkompliziert und komfortabel. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!! Wichtig ist nur zu wissen, dass das aufheizen des Whirlpool wirklich lange dauert. Also genug Zeit einplanen;-)

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderbar. Der Check in & Checkout war super einfach. Die Wohnung war in Top Zustand, genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber, stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Joseph, Danielas Sohn war sehr freundlich. Er war äußerst bemüht und hat uns sogar gefragt ob etwas fehlt oder wir noch etwas in der Wohnung brauchen. Zudem gab er uns viele wertvolle Tipps zu Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Wohnung jedem ans Herz legen. Vielen Dank nochmals

This place was so spacious and clean! It was a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely come back. Convenient location too. Our host was lovely as well.

The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.
