This place has a strategic location, a few blocks from Plaza Independencia. This square acts as a link between the new and old city. Being one block from the main avenue (18 de Julio) there are a large number of services, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, money exchanges, etc. There are also other places of interest very close by such as the Rambla Sur de Montevideo, Mercado del Puerto, Teatro Solis, the cathedral, among others.

Beautiful apartment, totally refurbished in an emblematic place of the city. Overlooking Plaza Cagancha, close to shops, restaurants, theaters, etc. High floor with a large terrace in the bedroom overlooking the ocean and the harbor bay. Excellent location and “Louis Vitton” of AirBnB with such a great price . I wanted to extend my stay , will revisit the city and will stay here again . Host was quick to respond on my question when I was struggling with the washer and dryer. He was quick to help me out. Appreciate his hospitality and promptness.

The apartment has everything you need. The location is fantastic, better than I expected, as it is super central, close to the sea (you can see it from the window) but it is not noisy. The bed is very comfortable. An added value is the communication with Vivian and Martin, since I had a problem and they showed all the interest in helping me on a Saturday morning. They are very kind, professional and look out for your well-being in the apartment. Totally recommended.

New and bright apartment.

I stayed for 2 weeks in Valentina's apartment and it was a great stay. It is in a new building with new equipment for making your own food and it is close to supermarkets / bars / restaurants and the Rambla. There is also a terrace for making an Asado and if you are there during carnival, it has the best views for the dancers, performers and music along the main street in Palermo. I can definitely recommend!
