Peaceful, centrally-located historic 1892 Queen Anne Victorian home. The Eagle's Nest has private entrance, off street parking, 2 bedrooms, furnished suite on the 2nd floor overlooking White River. Walk 0.6 miles to downtown Muncie, less than 2 miles to Ball State Univ. and 2 blocks to the Bob Ross Experience (Minnetrista). Nearby eatery and brewery options. Just 29 steps to 62-mile Cardinal Greenway, longest trail in Indiana. Might see an eagle hunting along the river too. You will love it!

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

This little gem in the charming town of Fortville has been furnished to meet all of your needs during your stay. Enjoy coffee on the front porch or an evening sitting around the fire pit in the backyard. This home is a 2-4 minute walk to all restaurants in Fortville, including Taxman Brewery, FoxGardin Kitchen & Ale and The Wine Garage. It's also less than a 15 minute drive to 3 other breweries in the area as well as Ruoff Music Center and Bonge's Tavern in Perkinsville, IN.

40' 5th Wheel Camper

40 foot fully remodeled camper. The camper is parked on the back of our property behind our privacy fence over looking a forest valley. Enjoy the country setting while still having 150 mb wifi. 5 minutes to Knightstown, 45 minutes to Indianapolis and 10 minutes to I70. Camper has a tankless hot water heater, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Living room couch folds down into a bed and room for an air mattress. The middle of the camper has a futon that folds down into a bed.

The Cabin

The Cabin is located on 30 acres and boasts stunning backyard prairie views and endless wildlife. It features a 1 bedroom, memory foam sleeper sectional, queen air mattress, full bath, laundry, kitchen, living room and walk in basement. Outside you will enjoy a private fire pit, 2 car detached garage, private back porch, tree swings, walking path, food plots for wildlife and wildflowers. Come and relax and enjoy! No cleaning fees with your help! This is a quiet cottage getaway. Nestled in Upland, close to Taylor University, Indiana Wesleyan, and Ball State, this is a convenient location to have a relaxing stay. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and indoor/outdoor space to gather. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire in the yard or sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset. The Doctor's Inn, a newly renovated apartment.

You will have a great time staying in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, wheel chair accessible bathroom apartment. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.

The Lodge Garage cozy cabin

This property offers a lodge feel with the benefits of being right in the middle of Muncie close to Everything!! 2 miles or less to Ball Sate , Minnetrista , shopping, and restaurants. You have your own fenced in yard. There is also a private little porch and a fire pit to enjoy your evening. We also accept dogs. We do not require a pet deposit but if your pet causes any damage we will request restitution through this sight.
