We have a gem of a granny flat attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

In the other room there is a fan, a kitchenette, a Smart TV, wifi. There is an outdoor setting, a BBQ, and is within walking distance to restaurants. The upper level is usually inhabited by the 2 owners.
