Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The historic premises of the former riding school have been converted into a comfortable apartment (65 square meters) with underfloor heating, balcony and a unique ambience. The "Neckelhof" operates a small private horse farm and offers the ideal retreat for guests seeking relaxation.

Optimal transport connection to the cities of Duisburg, Essen and Oberhausen in a maximum of 15 minutes. It is also just a stone's throw from the local attractions, such as the Müga, Broich Castle or the water station with its "White Fleet". The apartment is centrally located to the trade fair cities of Düsseldorf and Essen.
