The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The apartment has everything you need and is great for solo travelers, couples, families with max. 2 children, trade fair visitors in Essen & Düsseldorf as well as business travelers.

Shops within walking distance, direct connection to the highway.
