Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Mulberry River

Just got back from a fun Memorial Day weekend. It rained the entire trip but we made the best of it. The party barn next to the house made getting outside and all being together so much easier. 100% recommend if you are planning a side by side trip to Arkansas. Very close to the trail system. Worked out exactly as we had hoped for our group. Thanks for having us!

Perry’s spot is an easy 5 stars! Clean, affordable, great backyard, spacious and close to everything. Communication was seamless and if I travel back through Fort Smith I would stay at Perry’s spot again!

What an incredible weekend we had here! All the wineries are less than 5 minutes from this spot. Views are incredible, space is large and homey. Fireplace was fun to hang out at! The church near by was absolutely stunning. Joseph came by a couple times to check on us and chat. He was very friendly and kind. We would absolutely book another stay here!

It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The amenities were great, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub! Anna was a wonderful host, and we appreciated her hospitality

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this adorable home! I have lots of family all over Springdale/Fayetteville and Caitlin’s place was only 7 min down the road from my brother’s home off Habberton! It was the absolute perfect location and as soon as I walked in the front door it brought back so many childhood memories! It was absolutely perfect! And the homemade apple butter in the fridge just made it even better! Thank you so much, Caitlin for letting us stay in your home! We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

We had a great stay during our visit! James was very communicative and made the check-in process very easy. The place was nice and clean in a good location with plenty of restaurant options. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The home was beautiful and so comfortable. We had everything we needed and appreciated the good communication! We couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. The area was also perfect. A great neighborhood and so much to do right outside the neighborhood! We loved it all!

We enjoyed our stay in the Boxley house very much. The furniture was comfortable, and it was very well supplied with all we needed and more. We love the beautiful Boxley valley, so the location was great and accessible to the trails. We enjoyed 3 elk sightings in the field right beside the house. The wifi was spotty, but a storm came through the night we arrived so maybe that was part of the problem. Highly recommend Maggie's place.

Diana & Team were great host and impressively responsive to questions. We felt safe and the other tenants/guest were extremely quite and friendly. I also enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Super place! Modern colorful surroundings comfortable bed and quiet. Easy to find and access was a breeze. Loved the vintage feel…….

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

We loved staying at Rim River Hollow. It was clean and very well appointed, just as in the pictures and description. We particularly enjoyed hanging out by the river. Vic and Michana were very helpful and responsive, and the check in/out process were very simple. They had arranged for coffee and some snacks which we really appreciated. The highlight of the stay were the two dogs, who were so friendly and well behaved. I cannot wait to come back again!

Loved staying here. Lots of space with clean and matching linens. It rained a lot so it was great to have so many games. We had a blast! The washer and dryer were like new. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful countryside and amazing views of the mountains. Plenty of space for our 3 dogs to roam. Loved the outdoor grill and outdoor fire pit. We used both and had no problems. John was in communication with us for anything happening while we stayed there. Besides the free wifi we did have great cell service on the hill. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies of all sorts. We will be coming back.

We had an awesome stay! Our favorite aspect was the incredible view of the misty valley from the porch. Not a bad drive from some of the best sights in Arkansas.

My family and I stayed at Misty Bluff in celebration of my retirement. The best part of the entire experience for me was waking up every morning seeing the sun rising above the mountains from the master bedroom. The house was very clean and the decor made it feel like home. Karla's response time to any question was prompt. I could not have asked for a better experience to start this new chapter of my life.

The cabin was beautiful. It was clean inside and outside. We enjoyed the peaceful and private location. Buffalo River access was very close. We enjoyed our stay so much we're hoping to come back. Thank you for sharing your cabin!!

Loved the view and privacy, there was everything I needed to get some rest along my trip. I would definitely go back for longer though :)

We were impressed initially from the photos online. But when we pulled into the driveway, it exceeded our expectations! From the beautiful stonework to the timeless cabin feel, this place was everything we were looking for and more. We were searching for seclusion and serenity and that’s exactly what we found. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch listening to the spring fed stream and birds chirping and singing through the trees. We sent a video to our friends and told them they have to book this place! It was close to Boxley Valley to see the elk, just minutes from several great hiking trails, and just outside of town where we could pick up anything we might have forgotten. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a place to stay! It was a great deal and they have everything you need!

Beautiful views and private. The cabin is as described and comfortable to stay in. There are many hiking trails close and the area is beautiful. Jasper is so close if you need anything you forgot. Bring your drinking water unless you’re used to drinking well water with sulphur. Josefine was always responsive and we were so happy with our stay at the cabin. Lots of wildlife to watch from the porch or fire pit.
