Vacation rentals with a patio in Mühlviertel

It was the perfect weekend to relax. We were extremely warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The place is highly recommended!

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. The accommodation was great - with parking and a bus stop right next to the house. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, everything matched the photos. Communication with the host was smooth, he always responded quickly. We'd love to come back again.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is in a block of flats 2 minutes from the gate to the historic city center, so you are in the center of the action, but the accommodation itself is very quiet and private. Ivanka communicated quickly and allowed us to check in before the scheduled check-in. The accommodation was perfectly clean and we felt at home here. Thank you again!! ☺️

Very clean and quiet, loved the balconies. Close to restaurants, shopping and trains. We had an unexpected change of plans and Klaus was very responsive and accompanied an earlier check-in. The apartment had everything you need to cook a meal and we visited in June and the apartment had air conditioning, if needed, but stayed cool with windows open most of the time.

Waldkirchen is a very nice village near the Bavarian Forest and having an apartment in the center was very pleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

Our stay was very pleasant. We were lucky with the weather and could have breakfast in the garden every day, sit in the sun and read. The garden is beautiful! The apartment has everything you need, quietly located and yet you can walk to the city center in a few minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

Regina's accommodation is very cozy and clean. The table stove in the kitchen provides an extra spark of coziness on cool evenings. The back garden is completely fenced and was a hit for our dog, as it offers a wonderful view of chickens, ducks and donkeys, which you can also watch from the kitchen window while making coffee in the morning - very idyllic and peaceful. The accommodation is about 15 minutes by car from the Ottensteiner and about 30 minutes from the Dobra and Thurnberger reservoirs, where we took a very nice hike. Most of the taverns in the area are closed on Mondays, but a Spar was about 10 minutes away by car and the kitchen in the accommodation is wonderfully equipped, even a small grill is in the garden.

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and smooth communication!

Kata's place is beautiful and even more breathtaking than it already comes across in the pictures. We immediately felt comfortable and the beautiful details throughout the loft make the place unique. In my opinion, the loft could really be called a designer loft. A lot of attention to detail and everything was thought of. Communication was also always flawless and absolutely hassle-free! I would be happy to come back. A very clear recommendation!

Home was comfortable and clean and looked even better than in the photos! Sabina was easy to work with, responsive, and helpful. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. Grocery stores a 3 minute drive. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely!

We were very pleased in the beautiful large apartment of Tomas, who let us in earlier, and was very uncomplicated directly on site when we arrived too early. The apartment has a nice sunny balcony (and a second one), a large kitchen with comprehensive equipment (nothing was missing!) and even a washing machine/dryer were available. There were also many capsules for us for the coffee machine! The large shopping center (mall) is around the corner, which our children as young people especially loved. Budweis itself with gastronomy, the brewery, the park, the many boutiques, this is an authentic town and in the surrounding area there is a lot to discover. The apartment was ideal for this, and you think you are now living among the Czech population, and not in a hotel. The four of us thought it! Thanks to Tomas!

A bedroom with bathroom in front of the Danube and the castle. Maria Anna does everything to make tea and coffee. Passau is a 20-minute drive away. The small town is very characteristic and well-kept. The newly restored castle is visited free of charge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.

Due to the lockbox, the arrival was easy, we did not have to commit to a time. The apartment was just like in the photos, super clean and well equipped. The exterior shutters were just as useful at night as during the day. The nearby shopping facilities (bakery at the warehouse) and a little further away the Spar market, Billa and Hofer, Tedi. We would love to come back at any time and highly recommend the apartment.
