Review for Marina I had the pleasure of having Marina as my subtenant, and she exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, she ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. She was incredibly proactive, informing me well in advance about any scheduled disruptions, such as electricity outages, and even provided exact times when services would resume. Her communication was impeccable—she was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Marina’s attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service made her the best subtenant. Without hesitation, I would reuse her services in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well-managed flat and someone who genuinely cares about their comfort and experience. She’s simply outstanding!

Imeda is an excellent host. He goes beyond what is expected. Over the last three years we have spent extended time in multiple countries and Imeda's kitchen was the best stocked of any we can remember. Normally, one asks for extras, but Imeda had items in the apartment upon arrival. Apartment is less than five-minute walk from a bus stop and less than ten-minute walk to the best grocery store we found in the city, as well as a brand-new gym--one of the best we have ever used. If you are a light sleeper, the apartment building and area is noisy. If you are claustrophobic, the only view is the apartment building across the street. However, a five-minute walk and you can see mountains. We had a great experience and highly recommend it.

It was suitable for my needs (I needed an apartment at this area). The flat was really nice. It was warm inside despite the weather.
