Relaxed Apartment in a Richmond Craftsman Home

Enjoy this beautifully designed (900 square foot) 2 bedroom with craftsman details while emphasizing clean and modern lines. Each bedroom is large and tastefully detailed with comfortable queen beds, full closets, and plenty of storage for your belongings. The beautiful bathroom has a walk-in, glass enclosed shower and double sink. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a counter top oven, microwave and a 4 top burner stove. We have a coffee maker, microwave and all the eating and cooking utensils that you need. There is a 50" 4K Smart TV flatscreen with Comcast cable and Wi-fi. This apartment has a private entrance at the back of the house. We will provide you with a private code when you book your stay. We are available to answer any questions and provide guidance and suggestions of places to go and adventures to have. Set in a Craftsman home in the Richmond neighborhood, this newly-remodeled apartment is steps away from renowned restaurants, trendy boutiques, and buzzy cafes along Division Street. Fun fact: The View-Master was invented at this apartment in 1939. We have ample on street parking. We are 2 blocks from public transportation and a short bus ride away from the max train. We are centrally located in SE Portland between Powell and Division and 1 block from Cesar Chavez (39th) and located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown and the Pearl. If you wish to only bike while you are here, this is easy. There are many bike rental stations near by and we are 1 block from a major bike route. We also have a Pack and Play for any young babies. We have central heating but also provide 2 extra space heaters for your comfort. Because the apartment is in the lower level of the house, it stays nice and cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. We live above you but because we are empty nesters with 1 small dog, we are quiet. This is an old house so you will hear our footsteps while we are on the main floor. during the day. Our bedrooms are an additional floor up so we are not bothered by any noise from the apartment. In the warmer months we have a lovely yard and an outdoor fireplace and eating area that you are welcome to use (with notice).
