My family and I stayed here while in town for a racing event. My family had a wonderful place to stay and unwind while I was at the track for three days. Everything was wonderful! My wife and kids ended up out on the lake in a canoe that was available to use. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook dinner every night. At the end of a long day at the track, my wife and I were able to enjoy the hot tub. Everything was clean and neat. There was one issue I messaged Susan about during the stay, nothing that was huge, but I let her know there was a bee's nest in the shed where the canoe and kayaks were stored. Susan responded immediately and came out to take care of it. This place is clean, really nice, secluded, and peaceful. We had a wonderful long weekend to rest and unwind.

Enjoyed the home especially that everyone has their own bathroom. My kids loved the lake and fishing. Beautiful place!

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. You couldn’t tell someone had checked out just a few hours before we got there. Frank and Kaylee offered so many helpful supplies throughout the home. It felt very welcoming and homey. Definitely a place you could stay long term. The outside was incredible. We had a weekend full of hot tubbing, kayaking, and sitting by the fire or on the deck soaking in the calming scenery. We also went on a hike just a ten minute drive away from the house which was beautiful (and sunny!) Everything about this stay from the check-in to the guidebook Frank and Kaylee made to help us through our stay was absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. They were very responsive and very thoughtful. Thanks to Frank and Kaylee’s hospitality and kindness, we had a weekend full of lasting memories. This house will definitely be on my list of favorites to visit again. It’s truly a year-round treat for everyone.

Group of 6 for a milestone birthday celebration! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and relaxing home! It was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly set up for a group of couples. It was well-stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and all the amenities we needed for a stress-free getaway. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space — the grill was great for group meals, and the hot tub was a highlight in the evenings. Everything was exactly as described (or better), and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and well-equipped retreat!

Our stay in this cute little cabin was very enjoyable. It is clean and cozy. the bed was very comfortable. It has everything required for some rest and relaxation. Even our dogs approved. 🐾

We were in Clare for a family funeral. It was the perfect place to stay for a family that is from out of town. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated that it was clean and ready for us. We are interested in coming back for a summer stay.

Great host and property. Very accommodating for my large family and guests. My siblings and I came in from all over the US. Jason was a very gracious and made celebrating my father's 86th birthday a breeze. Will definitely be back whenever we're in town for a visit.

Nice cabin in the woods. Hot tub works but could use a new control panel. Inside is what we expected and more. Comfy beds. two fire pits outside. if you have small kids like us be aware there is a steep drop around one side and partly behind the cabin thats pretty close to fire pit. If i decide to stay near baldwin or go hunting the state game area i will deffinitly be back here. not the cleanist place but for the price im not even gonna conplain. wasnt terrible but could have been dusted and swept up a little more. i just grabbed the broom in the bathroom and used the shark vaccum on arrival and when we left. its not nasty dirty so dont take me the wrong way. for the price conpared to similar cabins and what we got out of it i feel its worth it by a long shot. Shelby has great communication. Thank you!

Nicole’s place was very nice and perfect for our group of five adults and a toddler. We enjoyed our time there and would book it again in the future.

What a wonderful stay! The house was impeccably clean, and wonderfully decorated and had tons of space. The pool and hot tub were clean and in great condition. Hosts were incredibly responsive. The space was even larger than the photos made it appear. I would 100% recommend and return!

This location was beautiful. The amenities were fun, and the only thing missing was enough time to do them all. Jonathan was responsive and the house was small, but plenty spacious for 10 people if you like each other. There was always some spot an introvert could go to be alone for a while. Wonderful stay.

A great secluded location for a weekend away. Close to lakes, golf, and other activities. We particularly enjoyed the firepit and grill.

Franks place was exactly what I was looking for. Close to family nearby, space for my kids to run, and a house that felt like home. Couldnt recommend it enough! We did not end up using many amenities he had to offer, but they were readily available to us if we wanted. Will look foward to staying again in the future.

This was the perfect setup for a little weekend getaway with a 6-year-old and our pup. The place was cute, the firepit was enjoyable, the area was beautiful, we felt we had enough privacy and everything we needed was included. We also used the guest passes to the community facilities to swim and enjoy the hot tub - excellent facilities there as well. We loved our weekend!

Benjamin was so helpful! We had a little trouble with the pool, but he was very kind and took care of it right away. The place was spotless! We relaxed and enjoyed the peace and quiet! I would definitely go there again. Thank you for being such a great host!

Cozy lake house and beautiful view on the deck! Not a lot to do in the town or area around the location but great if you're looking to stay settled and enjoy the BNB!

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Extremely clean, cozy, and accommodating. The host provided a plethora of snacks, multiple citronella candles for outside hangs, and a variety of toiletries/hygienics in case you forgot something. The place was very peaceful and private. We enjoyed using the fire pit outside and strolling the property. It was the perfect place to bring our dog for a true family vacation. Close drove to Higgins Lake, Houghton Lake, and Clare. Would recommend and hopefully book again.

A great little place on the river! The house was located on a river bend. While the house was tucked in between a couple of other houses, the area felt private enough. The volleyball net out front, and fire pit out back were perfect for a weekend getaway. While it was too cold to take the kayaks out, we still managed to spend most of our time outdoors, admiring everything nature had to offer out there!

Great location, nice view of the river/lake, clean interior, charming, many resources for kitchen, seating, towels, outdoor fire pit (as needed), perfect room layouts for multiple families as guests.

Outstanding! Very clean. We clean up after ourselves so not getting slammed with a high house cleaning fee and other fees made this a great value for families. One of the best places we’ve ever rented and Becca was so nice to work with.

Kevin’s place was such a pleasure to stay at. Clean, nice & simple. They even had some lawn chairs I borrowed for my son’s soccer tournament! We had so much fun and had everything we needed. Thank you Kevin! I’d love to come back when the water is back! :)

We had an amazing time here! The lakefront is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the water and the home very much. The house was equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more. Rachel responded to any messages within 10 minutes. Would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend!
