John was a lovely host, always friendly and up for a chat when we caught him. The house is in a great location & super easy to find! Albie, their cat, is the sweetest boy ever and often came over for snuggles! Would recommend staying here if possible :)

Our stay in Jo's place was a little special because we arrived during the lockdown. After more than 5 airbnb hosts canceled or declined our reservatin because we had to do our self-isolation, Jo and her family were the only one who took us in, and for that we are incredibly greatfull. This place is really a full equipped appartment within a big house, with a beautifull garden, a park right next to the house, a beautifull beach 3 minutes walking and a big supermarket 10 minutes walking. You will be in a perfect location, have your own privacy and feel like in home.

The apartment was very clean and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay and would happily book again

Had such a great stay with April - it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was super clean, warm, and welcoming. She even had the heater on for us before we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. The little breakfast provided was a lovely bonus too! You can really tell she cares about her guests. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cosy, comfortable stay.

Kim's accommodation is wonderful — we would definitely come back! Kim is also very kind, attentive, and friendly. The room even exceeded our expectations, with a fantastic breakfast, a comfortable bed, and everything was very clean and cozy.

We really enjoy our stay, it is very close to Mount, and you can walk to shops, beach and mount. very ideal for stay. Recommend everyone.

Helen's place was a great spot for a few nights! Clean and comfortable, and within walking distance (or a short few minutes drive) to local cafes, restaurants and amenities. Having the beach right on your doorstep (less than a min walk!) was a real luxury! Great to have the off-road parking as well. Helen was a very responsive and friendly host. Nice place. Beautiful view. Great for a family. Outdoor area doesn’t have furniture for enough people, nor enough barstools in the kitchen. For the price it could be cleaner in bathrooms. Overall I’m super happy with the place, would stay again. Communication was great. Good parking.

Comfortable spot with everything you need available at the house. Close to the beach, cafes, pubs and shopping centres, so can avoid getting in the car all the time. Thanks Val ☺️

A perfect tidy and spacious apartment with own entrance in a quiet and beautiful area. Hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

Nothing could have been better for our stay. Lesney was so helpful and friendly. The accommodation was perfect, everything you could need and a few extras. We had beautiful weather but very cold nights and mornings and we couldn't have been more cosy in our area of the house. A lovely hot spa helped as well. Looking forward to the next time we can go down to Papamoa and will definitely want to stay at Lesney and Alan's again

We loved our stay at Ken and Myra’s place! Was lovely, warm and felt right at home. Perfect location, with a short walk to the beach. Host was very easy to deal with and very friendly. Would definitely love to come back and stay.

Very clean and tidy, flexible on check in/out times, super close to the main street and walkable to everywhere! Would 100% recommend staying here as a couple.
