Located in our backyard over the garage guests can enjoy complete privacy. The studio is fully self-contained with a queen size bed, lounge, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and parking. Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

This spacious apartment offers you a bright, comfortable, quiet home where you have sole use of the entire, fully equipped 1bedroom space. You are in the heart of Mt Hawthorn's cafe strip with both grocery and specialty stores and a verandah to watch the world go by. As we are on the quiet side of the apartment block, noise is not an issue. My husband's office has his own SEPARATE ENTRANCE with the internal door always locked, you won't see him as he does not enter your space at all.

The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibe. Kayla was an amazing host, she was super friendly and helpful in every situation. We had some wonderful chats, always felt homey and very well cared for. The room was super cozy and clean, as well as the bathroom, which included all amenities. The House is close to a beautiful surf beach, with nice restaurants. Overall we had a great time in Perth and Kayla hugely contributed to it by welcoming us to her home like a good friend.

I absolutely loved my stay at the studio. The studio is very cleverly set out with pretty much everything you need but still feeling cosy and comfortable. Really appreciated the extras like milk, fruit and cereal! I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was. The studio is set in a lovely and quiet location, surrounded by beautiful homes and trees and within walking distance of the IGA, chemist, etc. The parking in the driveway in front of the studio was a huge bonus. Louis and Veronica are lovely and friendly. No wonder the studio is booked out months in advance!!!

I had a great and comfortable stay at Natalie’s place. The location is excellent as it’s just a short walk to the famous Chu Bakery and beautiful Hyde Park, perfect for a morning run or a relaxing stroll. The home has a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to settle in. Natalie is also very accommodating and friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot!
