Vacation rentals with a patio in Mount Dora

Great location, close to nice restaurantes and stores at walking distance. We stayed over a month and Jason was very responsive and helpful all the time. Thanks Jason for your hospitality!!!

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

William’s place was a great base for exploration of the Lake Apopka area. The apartment was very clean, well air-conditioned (in an Orlando-area early heat wave), the bed was comfortable, and close to the restaurants of Winter Garden. Sunset over the lake was steps away, and all-in-all, a beautiful, restful place. While we didn’t take advantage of golf-cart rental, William offers that too and that would have been a fun way to get around the area. I recommend William’s place to others and will look for his availability again in our next birding adventure to Orlando!

Overall a very cute, well decorated little one bedroom duplex. My only complaint would be that the bedroom must be near a water softener or other large appliance because every night at least once a night I was woken up by some loud mechanical noises. Wasn't an issue for my husband who is a heavier sleeper but being a light sleeper it did bother my sleep somewhat. Otherwise everything else about the place was great with a well stocked kitchen.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming two-bedroom, one-bath Airbnb in a peaceful rural area of Tampa, Florida. This cozy gem is a true standout, offering incredible value for such a memorable experience. The property is surrounded by serene nature, and I was thrilled to spot deer grazing nearby, adding a magical touch to the tranquil setting. The interior is impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The retro refrigerator was a unique and charming feature, blending nostalgia with functionality. Everywhere I looked, there were uplifting notes left by the host, which truly brightened my mood and made the stay feel so personal and welcoming. The bed sheets were incredibly soft, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the overall coziness of the space made it hard to leave. This Airbnb is a little jewel—perfect for anyone seeking a quiet retreat with all the comforts of home. I can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return!

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

Our stay at this delightful and extremely comfortable home was made even more pleasurable by the presence of Suzanne and Jan. They made sure we didn't just stay in 5 Star accomodation, but they made us feel like 5 Star guest. Their attention to details was impressive, nothing was overlooked, it could not feel more like a home if it were our own home. We highly recommend this Mt Dora gem, will certainly be returning. The Clara Cottage is a spacious, clean and well decorated property. It is a 20 minute walk to downtown Mt Dora and all Mt Dora has to offer. We have stayed in Mt Dora many times, for the local stores, cuisine and the beautiful water ways. Talia and Gabi were both very responsive & helpful with any queries we had. Our little family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Three year old was happy with his pullout bed in the living room, watching his shows in the morning before our adventures during the day. It was perfectly peaceful. Watching the gators in the bay from the dock and just enjoying the surroundings, lounging in the shade was this tired momma's favorite part. Accessible to many restaurants and lots of nature parks and trails around. Our hosts were very friendly; the space had all the basic household items necessary for preparing vacation snacks and quick meals. We plan to be back!

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! This is a great cabin!!! It was perfect for my husband, 3 kids & our pups! It's in a peaceful and private neighborhood. My son loved having the basketball hoop! The dock is amazing! Having easy access to put our kayaks in the water (instead of always driving to somewhere) was awesome! We saw gators, fish, turtles and beautiful birds! Its also an easy drive to several Springs The house has all the comforts of home. We just had to supply the groceries! Overall, this was a fun, relaxing, and beautiful cabin. Peter is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

It was a truly amazing home inside and outside. We were able to enjoy the Jacuzzi and even sit out on the patio in the middle of a hot Florida afternoon thanks to the beautifully shaded patio with very good ceiling fans. Everything was clean and nicely labeled. The bedrooms were quite cozy. And our only slight concern was that the queen in the master bedroom was a bit too cozy and not quite a queen.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

The location is amazing and the condo was cozy and had a dehumidifier which was a huge perk 10/10 would recomend for a relaxing stay on the beach for a good price. !

This was our second stay at Philip's place. Great location right in the center of town. The place is very roomy and well kept. It's an upstairs apartment in one of the old downtown buildings with stores and restaurants below. Cool place! You have to climb a fairly set of steps to get up to the room. Would stay again.
