This is the DREAM HOUSE! Breathtaking luxury beach front bungalow, situated on the beautiful "balihai" beach next door to the Lapita Hotel. Beautiful sunsets from the terrace. Equipped with A/C and mosquito screens. Local hardwood countertops and braided pandanus walls. Very exotic. Private beach gate, outside shower. Comme son nom l'indique la maison est située sur un Motu, complètement entouré du lagon. La photo au-dessus est la vue que vous aurez tous les jours. La mer est juste là, aux pieds de la maison. Si vous recherchez calme, tranquillité, nature...alors bienvenue au Motu. La maison est grande, agréable à vivre & cosy... avec son ponton privé. La majorité des prestaires assurent le transfert depuis notre embarcadère. Etre sur le motu n'est donc pas une limite pour la découverte de l'île principale.
