House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges). Simply put, it's a real house on the sea! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room.

The newly renovated chalet is surrounded by greenery and a beautiful natural landscape. Near the "Natural Reserve of Mount Cammarata" with the possibility of guided trekking. About 1 km away is an indoor pool with a spa, ideal for relaxing after hiking. The chalet is about 50 km from Agrigento's Valley of the Temples and Favara's Cultural Farm. Nearby, you can visit the Andromeda Theater and the Hermitage of Santa Rosalia alla Quisquina.

Just 500 meters from the sea stands LA FATTORIA SUL MARE surrounded by donkeys, goats and chickens, houses for bees. A restored farmhouse consisting of three independent apartments. The farm is equipped with all the comforts to relax, disconnect from everyday stress and provides all the services to make children happy or to work remotely.
